GT 4 was kinda like a throwback to OT, plus I liked how it set up things moving forward myself.
I've heard people speculating that we'll see more Frillsand this volume, so I'm praying this means we get more Kazakiri. She was criminally underused in NT.
Railgun chapter 136.5 is up. Still dealing with middle-school politics for whatever reason, but this chapter was better than most in this arc. All level 5s are crazy.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Railgun chapter 137 is up. Is anyone still following this? There's less politics this chapter, just cool powers. Fat-control girl is a beast in combat, and there's another who can reconstruct a creature from its physical remains, letting her make dinosaurs for scientists to study.

Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff. How do Othinus's powers work?
She has a 50 percent chance to mess up an attack. Obtaining Gungnir lets her have a 100 percent success by trying to fail.
She has a litany of less important powers but the big one is "destroying all of existence with her magical spear but not really" and "laying another false reality on top of that."
Why isn't she able to kill Touma this way? Imagine Breaker doesn't actually negate or stop any of this.
And after the battle, how much power does Othinus lose?
As a magic god, Othinus can manipulate reality by changing and adding new phases, but she needed Gungnir to have a 100% success rate rather than 50/50, but after being hit with a spell created to remove her powers, she used that spell to her advantage to achieve 100% failure before it completely removed her powers just by doing the opposite, than created Gungnir by herself to use 100% success and prevent the spell from destroying her. But omniscience is presumably not an option, since they would be unstoppable otherwise.
After turning into a fairy, she can no longer use magic, but her extensive knowledge in Norse magic means she can interfere with rituals of others using Norse magic and use them indirectly.
However, her actual subconscious reason for doing so is to find someone who can relate to her, being lonely from centuries of reality warping. She is conflicted about whether to restore her original world using Imagine Breaker or just alter reality until she finds one suitable for her, and keeps Imagine Breaker around as an option. However, by torturing Touma with going through thousands of different realities with no hope of returning to his own, she realizes she just made someone who can relate to her situation, thus restores Touma's world using Imagine Breaker.
They were asking about the translations lol.
Railgun is localized by Seven Seas, and it's usually up to date. Latest volume was volume 17 and it ended the previous arc and started the newest one. Astral Buddy volumes have all be released.
If you are asking about how the terms are translated in comparison to the fan translations, I couldn't tell you.

Yeah I've read some of the Index light novels and couldn't really get into them. And I fell off both anime ages ago (Though Railgun was mostly because I went through a phase where I barely watched any anime for a year and Railgun T happened to be airing during that year.). That's why I specifically brought up the Railgun manga and its spinoff.
Railgun has about five spinoffs at this point. Like, I think Misaki and Kuroko both have their own series now.
Bewitching EyesIt stayed pretty good throughout IMO, with surprisingly dynamic action scenes.
But er, while you can somewhat understand the motives of the antagonist limited to the manga's story, a big part of who they are and why they are doing this is from the novels, which might lead to confusion.
Nah, only Misaki, which is the second after AB. I'm guessing Nogi, the artist, did such a good job in AB and the fact that it was a quarter Misaki's story that they allowed him to get more work in the franchise by giving him an actual Misaki spinoff.
Mental Out chapter 8.1
After the reveal in chapter 6, it really seems like the story really will explore the previous Level 5s. Not the direction I expected, but a welcome one, it's one of those weird mystery/worldbuilding details of the setting people have wondered about for years.
EDIT: forgot to add, GT 6 preview has been translated
too.

GT6 preview is out and translated!
It's kinda hilarious how scared Touma is of trendy Shibuya when he's been to LA and London. Aradia and Bologna are also shaping up to interesting characters. Poor Touma got killed right in the prologue!
Forgot to mention, the sypnosis of the upcoming Railgun SS for Railgun's 15th anniversary has been released
and translated
:

Forgot to note, GT5's cover
and summary
are out, and its release date is December 10.
GT4 was just disappointing to me, so I approve of this volume seemingly focusing on its good part (the epilogue) and the events of GT3, which was way better.
