I had observed the machine that the Engineer had been anticipating to unveil, and had commented, "This machine of yours looks to be very similar to a standard television set, Engineer. I do not understand why you seem to be so euphoric about this invention of yours, though it is just an assumption on my part given the fact that you have yet to explain your plan to me, and this may in fact be as enchanting as the reputation you have given it is making it out to be."
The Engineer stared at me, slightly exasperated, "Y'know, it's funny how, when yer not bein' quiet, ya talk so..."
"Formally? Eloquently? Exquisitely?" I had asked in rapid succession, moving closer to him, "Or perhaps my vocabulary and way of speaking is making me seem as though I am being pretentious, elitist, and robotic?"
"...much," he finished.

Yay, I'm writing.

IJBM: My capture equipment doesn't work like it used to, and so I cannot supply the masses with a non-camcordered-off-the-TV-screen version of HBO's current Feature Presentation opener and ratings bumpers.

Blah. Freezy hasn't shown up so far tonight (though she did answer her DA mail, yay), and I just spent time I could have used playing with DOS (yay?) on cleaning out my horribly messy Downloads folder. Ugh. :P

I prefer "Living With A Hernia" over "Living In America."
Is that so wrong?
I've got two guns pointed west and a broken compass.
