It was scary. We've had an earthquake here before, years ago, but it wasn't this strong. I thought sure the building was going to give way.
USGS is saying it was a 5.8.

online since 1993 | huge retrocomputing and TV nerd | lee4hmz.info (under construction) | heapershangout.comI'm used to little quakes. They're common enough in California. I don't really notice them much of the time even when they're slightly bigger and shit's actually moving...
"Did you feel that earthquake?"
"What?"
"..."
Never been in a larger one to my recollection. Been in a thunder hailstorm with tornadoes though.

If someone wants to accuse us of eating coconut shells, then that's their business. We know what we're doing. - Achaan ChahI wonder if I should go into detail about it. I've kind of been meaning to for a while (about it and something that's kind of related to it), but I've been worried you'd think less of me.
Know what else makes you feel alive? Physical activity. Go jog or dance or something and stop whining.
Yes Vriska is a huge bitch who must play with her new found ability to manipulate thoughts.
If someone wants to accuse us of eating coconut shells, then that's their business. We know what we're doing. - Achaan Chah...My dad just sent me a text asking if I felt that earthquake. Which I didn't.
...Odd.

Become the fang for those who have none! Help FanserviceFTW!Actually, that does mean a lot coming from you.
^I don't think so. You're not in the east coast.
I just looked it up on Google News and apparently it could be felt all the way in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

One of my few regrets about being born female is the inability to grow a handlebar mustache. -LandstanderMy dad felt it.
In Michigan.
Soooo...
One of my few regrets about being born female is the inability to grow a handlebar mustache. -LandstanderIf it was felt in Cleveland and Akron and also Michigan, I'd expect it to be felt here.
Bizarre.
Heapers’ Hangout

...I just felt what seemed like a minor earthquake here. I wondered if it was my imagination.
no one will notice that I changed this
