Ooooh! I love OC Remix so, so much. Favorites? Sure!
- Super Metroid, "Kindred"
: This is probably my favorite vocal remix. It's very pretty and haunting. And for once, an amateur remix with lyrics that aren't completely awkward!
- Earthbound, Da Black Market
: This song makes me laugh so, so much. Especially the "rapping nerd" bit.
- Beyond Good And Evil, "Frame of Mind"
: I'm including this song because you have this song to blame for the creation of an Entry Pimp. I was browsing for music from games I'd never played, found this, was awed by how pretty it was, and decided I needed the game. Voila. Entry Pimp created.
- Ocarina Of Time, "Mamacitas in my Valley"
: "Gerudo Valley" should've gotten the full-on remix treatment in Brawl, dang it, and this is what it should have sounded like.
- Donkey Kong Country 3 "Claustrophobia"
: This is one of my favorite DKC songs, so I'm just glad to see ANY remix of it.
- Mother, "Home Again"
: I wish he'd covered the whole song instead of just the opening verse! He's got the Award-Bait Song voice down pat, and with this style, "Pollyanna" would quickly go from "*warm fuzzies*" to ""I have something in my heart..."

"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaSeconding "The Raven", "Duck Blur", and just about all of the Sonic The Hedgehog remixes Meta Four mentioned, especially "Strip Mine" and "Eastern Ice Field."
Super Mario Bros. 2:
- JAXX - "LightningStar"
- Red Tailed Fox & The Prophet Of Mephisto - "Pure Black, Or Marbles And Cream?"
- djpretzel - "Love Hurts"
- PlanetSkill - "Oil Ocean (WT-40 Mix)"
More Project Chaos
stuff:
- BrainCells - "Live At The Sandopolis"
- GaMeBoX - "iMushroom", "Ice Cap 4 Life"
- SnappleMan - "Dead Batteries"

Also, while not related directly to OverClocked ReMix, I have to mention Ecco The Dolphin: Split The Stream Of Time
. I especially recommend "Unexpected Crisis", "Giants Of The Sea", "_Machine", "Belly Of The Beast", "Thi Thira Mehkohbnok Ru Thi Cetaeh", "Beware The Floating Medusa", "Atlantis", "Caeleh Ri Thi Ceteah", "Grand Nord L'Ocean", "The Stream Of Time", "Tunnel De La Mort"...screw it, just download the whole thing. It's worth it, I swear.
(I'm surprised that OC Remix has so few Ecco The Dolphin remixes, considered that the Ecco games had such fantastic music.)

There's only five or so remixes of Xenogears and Xenosaga combined, it bugs me.
And about that many of Metal Gear, not that I particularly like that series' music.

[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.I just realized:
There are tons of Tou Hou remixes out there. None of them are on OC Remix.
How's that work? O_o
None of them are by the OCRemix people, obviously.
I'm guessing that most of them are done by Japanese people, as well.

[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.I'm surprised no one has mentioned Metal Gear May Cry
It's one of the most epic songs on the site
What's everyone's take on ReCapitulated
? It's a joke project and that most of the remixes are tongue-in-cheek (and only really worth listening to once or twice, just for giggles), but there's some pretty cool ones like "Ice Cap Majeure", "Ice Cold Beer", and "Chip Of The Iceberg."
Well, OCRemix now has its own page. The obvious question is: do all the links for our favorite tracks go directly on it, or is a separate CrowningMusic page needed?
Overclocked Remix can now be found on You Tube! Here are some from Ocarina of Time (best game ever!)

This is one of my favorites, Falling Back.

Or if you're in a mellow mood, St. Vital's Fresh Limestone Cutz.

I am a happy, HAPPY Freezy.
Not really OC Remix, but...
This
mindblowing performance of Sonic The Hedgehog 2's Mystic Cave Zone theme. It was brought to my attention by docfuture's "Let's Play Sonic 2 Special Edition
".
New album.
IF THERE IS NO MUSIC, I WILL MAKE SOME WITH MY OWN TWO HANDS!
I've never played Xenogears actually, but the Spiritual Successor is pretty sweet, and the music is wonderful. Especially Creid.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.So, I just downloaded all the tracks in the Final Fantasy IV album. That thing is just amazing. I think my favorite track is "Fighting For The Future", all the way down to the Ominous Latin Chanting that is actually relevant. Anyone else have the album?
I have a message from another time...

I spent several agonizing seconds debating whether to post this under Video Games or Music. But, here it is!
So. OCRemix.
What are some of your favorites?
Lemme open by saying that everyone who is even vaguely familiar with Final Fantasy IX should listen to The Rose General
, because it is made of absolute awesome, in the original sense of the word (i.e. something that inspires awe).
Here's some random other ones I'm fond of!
