I think I've seen high-voltage cables/wires in that form. Usually they're ones that feed into small towns or villages.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Maybe this will lead to a revelation that confirms that one theory one of us had about the doctor assigned to her being the actual villain of this arc, having not only allowed the Hostess to escape but manipulated her into the way she's acting now (i.e. believing she's a superheroine, and now complaining about Spinny having been mean to her)? Like, what are the chances that it's actually the Hostess who had been fed the brainwashing cookies by the doctor, instead of the other way around?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I’ve recently read the latest book and in the original Hostess story, at least in the book version, she calls herself a superhero
She’s always been deluded in this specific way
Forever liveblogging the AvengersGood lord, there would have been less destruction if they’d just let her smash the church
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThat's assuming that she stopped at the church. Given that the whole neighbourhood has been evacuated, I'm fairly sure that the Hostess will notice that the church is empty and thus will continue her rampage in search of its head priest.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.... or this could be where the real story behind her breakout that was so far hidden from both us and the protags is going to be spilled.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Cover of the upcoming issue is out.
Seems like the current arc's plot will take an unexpected direction.
Interestingly, the Hostess is not wearing the super-size gizmo in the new cover panel. I suspect we're going to find out what the "unpredictable side-effects"
of using it for too long
are.
Yeah, in the second link the device is actually showing a "CAUTION" warning, only it's mirrored so the Hostess probably didn't even notice in her haste and momentary frustration clouding her mind.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Page 1 of the new issue
. Seems like a small Time Skip happened since last time.
Maybe, but I was actually expecting a direct continuation, like in previous multi-issue arcs.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Okay
, I really would appreciate an explanation soon, because it's really weird seeing Megan so genuinely nice and non-threatening, moreso as a giantess and with Heather not bothering to hide her secret identity.
... Come to think of it, how did Megan learn the secret? I don't remember her knowing about it during her debut story, so either she somehow figured it out in the interim or Heather outed herself to her for some reason after the previous issue in response to Megan crying about Heather being mean to her (which hopefully will be explained in this issue).
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.

"Please don't bounce off the high voltage wires..."
Looks like she did.
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!
