The criteria could be as simple as "female and/or have boobs".
Or that. Though now it comes up I'm not sure I see anyone from Whole Cake there, and being a villain isn't a disqualifier given Sugar and Ulti.
My favorite part of the cover is Bonney trying to take a bit out of either one of the large fish or Shirahoshi.
The former is more likely, the latter is funnier.

Shame Charlos didn't die from that. :(
Oooh, I went back to Imu's original appearances, and with the new exposition about Alabasta not having a sword at the empty throne, Imu having a sword in their hidden flower chamber is suddenly a lot more meaningful. I'd bet anything that's the missing sword representing the Alabasta family, meaning Imu is certainly connected to it.
Agreed. Now I'm wondering if the implication we're getting is Lily is the one who gave Imu the Immortality Operation. Would explain special attachment to her and why she never returned home. Maybe she did it in exchange for the Nefeltari not being one of the 20 families, or she simply had a genuine attachment to Imu and it all went horribly wrong from there.

The French translation went for Lilie instead, which will be very fun if it turns out to be linked to Amazon Lily.
Also, i can appreciate the sheer guts Cobra had to go to the Five Elders and directly ask them about theVoid Century (albeit in an indirect manner), Lily and the "D", and his sheer terror on the last page was stunning.
Also, realted to last chapter (or chapter 1082, the moment where he tells Chaka nad Pell to leave him alone,) anyone felt like he had insane Rayleigh vibes with the way he was drawn?
You say "Enabler" like he wouldn't have done exactly the same thing if he'd just thought of it first. Roswald isn't enabling Charloss, he's approving of him.
The Celestial Dragons' actions begin to make a lot more sense when you remember that they legitimately view themselves as the gods of the One Piece world. When they say the D is the enemy of the gods, they're referring to themselves. Everyone else are just lowly mortals that can be ignored and/or bought off.
Also, remembering that we had previously seen a photo of Shirahoshi with a knife in it, is it possible Imu did something to egg this on?

Also, we still don't know which of the three stories (between the attempted murder of Charloss, the murder of Cobra, and the vote to disband the Warlords) the WG tried to force Morgans to cover up, first with a bribe then with a Cipher Pol assassin. I think it was probably this one, the attempted murder of Charloss, because the WG didn't want the world to think nearly killing a Celestial Dragon was even possible.

Imu being Lily is a theory I didn't even consider before getting here in the thread, and even now I get no "Imu is Lily" vibes from it. All it really implies is that Imu was one of the original 20.
It's to reflect how the Japanese didn't fit the Vivi/Titi pattern. That said, I'd have spelled it as "Lilly" to also account for how it's spelled differently from Amazon Lily.
EDIT: You know, T-bone's death a few weeks ago actually didn't hit me at all when it happened, but it's suddenly hitting me a lot now on the basis of "why did he have to die and Charloss didn't?"

Because Charloss is rich and powerful while that particular Marine was "just a filthy commoner."
Regarding the latest chapter, I will say that Charloss getting abused will NEVER get old.

"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."

Another thing not to downplay: Assuming what the "Lost Chamber" is, Sabo's probably going to find the Straw Hat, too.
