Call me crazy, but I'd actually want to play the game before slipping into Fan Dumb Territory.
You're crazy. tongue

But seriously, I'm going to wait for the game to come out before saying anything definitive.

I'm not saying it looks like it's a bad game, quite the contrary, it looks like a really fun game. What I am saying is that it's a very strange fit for Kirby.

No reason Kirby can't try new things, Mario does it all the time.

And I really like the mechanics shown. It sort of feels to me like playing through a children's storybook. And hey, guess what Kirby's target demographic is...!

The target demographic is everyone.

In fact the only reason Zero and 02 were so creepy is because the devs expected the kids playing to only make it as far as the fake ending while the older fans would go for 100% completion.

You know what this game should have? Fire.

I've been making up a lot of ideas, and writing down (in my head) the ideas other people on other places have made.

Here's a list:

Yarn Meta Knight. Instead of a sword, he wields a pair of scissors.

One boss is a sewing machine (as someone previously mentioned).

One stage consists of the fabric world catching fire and Kirby has to run away to prevent his yarn body from being horribly incinerated (as someone previously mentioned).

Yarn Zero. Covered with bloody sewing needles. As the fight goes on, the fabric background slowly becomes stained with blood.

Yarn Marx. Awesome. No further detail required.

A boss like Paint Roller, except instead of paint, he/she/it stitches enemies into the entire background. I wanna call it "Stitcher." It sounds cool and is Exactly What It Says on the Tin.

I like the idea of Drawcia having a sister. I think she'd be called Knitalie, though.

A nautical-themed level that takes place on a ship's sail. Kirby has to sew up holes in the sail as he goes.

A tie-dye level that plays like one huge acid trip, with constantly shifting colors and platforms everywhere, making it hard to maneuver because of moving platforms and the player's motion sickness. Might turn into a horrifying bad trip at the end.

Duh, this game will have new original final boss. Why I think so? Well, besides Dark Matter & Zero, how many final bosses have appeared again?(Dedede not counting)

Well, Meta Knight was a final boss in one game, and he's in every game.

(And Meta is in Squeak Squad, as the boss of World 7.)

...No, Super Star's final boss is Marx. The sub-games aren't full games on their own.

Super Star is a collection of several games. It says so on the box.

And Meta Knight wasn't in Crystal Shards or in any of Kirby's Dreamland games.(his first appearance was Kirby's Adventure.)

^Thats just advertising xD It sounds better when you say "multiple games" than "multiple tiny games"!(xD Kidding~)
