Use a regular six-sided die per RTD rules, yes.
However, you're not allowed to moderate the sector you're engaged in. Flanker's allowed Europe and the Pacific, you're allowed the same.
That leaves the Middle East without a GM... Hey, Catfish42! You're up! Moderate the Middle East and Pacific Campaigns!
I am a proud member of the Western Federation's Anti-Japan Media Task Force. My work is very important."Listen very close. Yesterday, I thought for sure that they would break. But this attack that I have planned; a massive strike across the city land. In the weak spot they will break. Plan it well, everythings at stake. We'll hit 'em hard, not a silent wand, before the infantry's begun."
"Execute it well. We risk everything. Its in the Gods' hands now."
- words of Major General William Tecumseh
^^ Tecumseh. Native American name. Most likely a defector. Has to be.
I'd love to have given you your own division, considering that. You'd have all kinds of Native American mysticism in your force. I'm willing to allow the Greek Pantheon and the Norse Gods, why not those of the Native Americans?

Okay let's see...
Serenas ships are based off anchient egyptian plans which were believed to be from the legendary Library of Alexandria. Many of the ships are pretty much cannon fodder with weak firepower (see below) and few "guardians" (also see below) but the main powerhouse ship and also the main one which Serena is on is....
The osirus: A gigantic clockwork vessel which is known as "the bringer of death" It is believed that all who see this ship never survives its coming.
The entire ship is powered and protected by Golems. Golems also bulk out as Serenas private army (she distrusts the rest of the EMA and prefers to have her own "guardian golems" to protect her)
The ship has two hidden spikes which when fired chain the Osirus to the opposing ship. The ship is then battered by Powerful cannon blasts which fire pure concentrated magic. Unfortunatly these "cannonballs" are few and Serena mainly relies on her golem army to slaughter any sailors foolish enough to resist her.
Serena fights with honour and always likes to chat with the enemy before attacking. She gets to know her foe so she can send them to the depths of the sea with honour
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."The RN Gs are young. Obviously they are going through an emo phase.

Our GM doesn't seem to handle pressure well, no offense meant. Of we could get someone who has the time and energy, we could probably continue. as it stands, we're kinda stuck.
Especially in the Middle East, where we have no less than FOUR commanders, whose mistakes and successes have to be kept track off so actions don't contradict each other, etc.
Edit: Oh. So, wait, I roll for my own campaign area? I'll try to be neutral...
So, uh, should I just get a 6-sided die or something? It's Roll to Dodge rules, right?
