Does anyone know if Goblin has leaked yet?

I just got The Cold Vein and can say in all confidence that it's easily my favorite Hip Hop album.

Well if you're gonna pick one, it might as well be that one.

Though to be honest, for a rather typical Jukie, my opinion of Vein and Cannox in general is lower than most. It's still an amazing album, though.

I adore the backing track on Scream Pheonix.

Cold Vein is a great record. Abstract, challenging and very well executed. Vordul Mega and Vast Aire have become secret favs of mine after that, as they sport pretty interesting rhyming and rhythmic patterns.

Any gil drops from at least an inch above my wide open palm. Thanks in advance.

The Social Network, a very fresh track from Luke Christopher. You can download some of his things on his soundcloud.

Listen to the rest of the album, then.

I know, I was just offering a recommendation.

Steampowered: I'm cautiously hopeful. Last time we were promised a new album nothing came of it. Still, the presence of a tracklist and hard release date leaves me hopeful.

Yonkers is one of the most creatively obtuse and bizarre rap albums I've heard in a while.

Oh, and the video for Yonkers is creepy:

I thought the album was called Goblin.

How is "Yonkers"' music video creepy? It's just Tyler. :/

I haven't heard a single thing from anyone in Odd Future. Here goes.

Eh, didn't like "Yonkers" as much as I thought I should.

tbh, if you don't like "Yonkers" I can't see you liking anything else by them.

Except maybe "Supermarket" (which is Tyler and Domo Genesis) but only because that ends with Tyler fleeing the titular market on an evil walrus while Domo dies.

Goblin is basically my absolute favorite thing right now.

I know it and Odd Future in general had a decent amount of backlash, so I'll throw fuel on the hype machine and say it's definitely my album of the year, maybe going on my top 10 or 20 of all time.

I can see why people wouldn't like it though. It definitely helps to be 16 and angry or whatever. I can see myself looking back on Odd Future in my 20s or 30s and thinking myself silly for liking it so much. But right now they're kind of my life.

We must move forward, not backward. Upward, not forward. And always twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom.
