If you can believe it, Okumura's Palace was worse in Vanilla, though to make up for it, Okumura himself was Piss easy.

Watch SymphogearThey trimmed down the first part, where you have to fight the workers to get their ID cards, which was easily the worst part of the Palace
The rest is unchanged, I'm pretty sure. I think people exaggerate how bad the airlock maze is.
Bewitching EyesThe airlock maze can be piss easy, but only if you don't try to be cleverer than the game at some point, in which case the game can turn around and make the puzzle twenty times more complicated than it should be. It's kinda like handing you a rubix cube that is like six steps away from being completed. It's very easy to finish it, but if you mess it up, before you know it it's back to being a jumble mess and you have to untangle THAT one. I remember seeing the same phenomenon on a ocuple of mpuzzle in metroid prime 2.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."I was more annoyed by the Scathachs that love to torment you in that part of the Palace.
I know the shadow rosters in the Palaces was changed in Royal, I can only hope she was evicted.
Bewitching EyesCrossover question. If ever Giorno and co from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Vento Aureo become Phantom Thieves, what would be their Phantom Thief name, Persona name and Arcana?
For the Imperium!!!Arcanas : Giorno would be the fool/ the world once he achieves requiem. Bruno would be Death, or maybe Hierophant if that's too on the nose. narancia would be the magician, mista the chariot. Abacchio would be the reversed tower, fugo the reversed hanged man, trish would be Strength.
Codenames and personas I'm less inspired with, especially since it would just be their stands with names that aren't music songs for the personas, and the names of their stands but shorter for their codenames.
"when you stare too long into the abyss, Xehanort takes advantage of the distraction to break into your house and steal all your shit."I hate We Cannot Go On Without You.
I'm fighting the final(?) boss for an hour and I lose because Joker goes down to the dude's ultimate attack. Everyone else survived it and I still lose.
yeah... at least in Persona 3 they explain it and it makes sense in-story, but in P4 and P5 it legit doesn't have any explanation and "they're The Hero" doesn't cover it, as you could continue in Persona 1 and Persona 2 if your main character fell.

I agree with you, but I played Disgaea 1 right before 5 and that had a much better cast and story in both drama and comedy, although mechanically and visually it's a far inferior game.
