Warriors games and 'Quality' don't really mix, major deviations from the formula tend to lead to colossal failures such as DW 6 and DW 9.
Small rosters tend to really kill the games, even Hyrule Warriors launching with a small roster, which is already bigger than P 5 S's announced Roster, was filled in by having different types of weapons for said characters... that really isnt an option here as everyone's weapons in Persona have been set since P3.
Honestly ngl, I wasn't interested in scramble because I figured they make it another "everyone comes together to fight some random side evil boss and magically forgets everyone robbing the characters of development" plot that they did for P3/4 spinoffs so many times (yes I know is was kind of needed for the plot, but I still feel all parties could've benefited from it).
However, this really is shaping out to be a fun-looking game. Limited rosters are fine as long as the characters have a variety of skills/weapons which honestly with the reintegrated weapon system and Persona fusion being confirmed it makes a lot of sense.
That and it's basically a sequel to the first game. It seems like they've integrated some confidant system with your teammates. Looking forward to it.
Early official footage of the game reveals the villain shadows use their Shadow Police Minions to "confiscate" the Treasures of other Shadows.
Three Unlucky Male Shadows have this done to them by Evil Idol Shadow.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Really hoping Zenkichi looking sinister is a Red Herring because they've portrayed him as being goofier later, and there's no way he isn't the new guy when he gets focus in the opening with the Thieves and Sophia.
Which is a nice return of an adult persona user having major relevance through hopefully the entire story.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.People believe his persona is Jean Valjean from Les Miserables based on the number from his persona and his outfit having a French aesthetic.
@Memers: This is pretty much because Persona 5 Scramble is P5-2 or P5 Volume 2 rather than a crossover spinoff. The trailers have even had spots where its shown onscreen those exact statements.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I'm assuming you mean based on Phantom Thieves alone, right?
If you include Takuto Maruki and an Original Generation character to make it so every Persona user in the P5 story is in the fighting game, that'd be 14 playable characters (13 if they decide to not make Oracle playable). Not a bad starting roster if they want to save the P3/P4 casts for a while.

Its not a fighting game its a Hack and Slash Warriors game.

Its a very limited roster for the kind of game it is which is the big issue, even like Hyrule Warriors had close to 30 different movesets and such at launch and that was extremely sparse.

Problem with the Atelier system is it basically encourages you to save scum a lot. Check out what's on your calendar, go back to the start of the week, and stay in your workshop until you get what you want, or rush out to battle for a day. Still, I find Atelier's calendar and more flexible events at least more exciting than Persona which typically always stays at the same pace. The simulation aspects I find really bland and fairly uninspired, if not for the visual novel segments, it'd be a real slog.
