It's definitely not hentai ; the anime's camera may way too often be in creep mode, but the little girl remains fully clothed and there's no sex scene whatsoever.
It does have a main character who is an unrepentant paedophile, and whose creepy behaviour is played for laughs, but it's on the "steal and sniff underwear" and "take candid pictures (the audience only seeing the tame ones)" level, nothing remotely explicit.
(For additional data : the girl is in elementary school - i.e. probably 10 at most - and her stalker is a grown woman in at least her mid-twenties who's old enough to be former military.)
So this one isn't running afoul of the porn policy, but definitely feels dodgy on the "paedo-pandering" front.
(edit: I'm only commenting on the more-easily-accessible anime ; haven't touched the manga so can't speak about it.)

By the way, if it's kept, the page should probably be moved : the anime was localized as "UzaMaid" (the series's shorthand nickname), and the manga as "UzaMaid: Our Maid is Way Too Annoying!" (basically a straight translation after the nickname).
[edit] Wait, no, the move was already done, the report is for a redirect.

Yeah, that really sounds like it's supposed to be "this character is a Jerkass" and not pedopandering.
So I vote keep.
Trust me, I'm an engineer!i rewatched a few episodes to get a more thorough answer and i’m reiterating my last message: Tsubame’s lolicon headassery is 100% portrayed as creepy (and even then, show makes a point in showing she’d never go full pedo, quoting the scene where she goes on a reporting spree against a bunch of actual pedophiles on the MMO her love target (for lack of a better term) plays. at least it condemns the lolicon headassery it plays for comedy (also quoting the MMO scene).
TLDR: stock standard Comedic Lolicon headassery with a protag who thinks said Comedic Lolicon is creepy as all hell. keep.
