Didn't one of those Left Behind games allow you to play as Satan? It sounds like one of those So Bad It's Good games.

^Naw, it's just pure crap, nothing redeeming at all. If anything, you might end up thinking that the game might have secretly been made to be parodic, because the designations between the "good" and "bad" people are just too ridiculous. For example, punk rockers, government agents, and scholars are considered to be evil, yet stay-at-home moms and 1950's-style families are "good".
Left Behind: Eternal Forces actually got reviewed in mainstream publications. It was spectacularly unpopular both for the implications (rock music is evil, women can only be singers or nurses, etc.) and for the actual gameplay. I recall PC Gamer's yearly awards proclaiming it "Worst game that shipped with in-game advertising and cost any money at all."

That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something Awful"rock music is evil"
For crying out loud, I thought that argument died! Or at least people that weren't ridiculous stopped using it.
Well, those people did stop using it.
The only possible good use for those game disks would be if one needed some coasters, since AOL stopped inundating people with start-up disks.
I remember a few years ago there was some stupid controversy about this, and then it turned out the game stunk.
And my sister (who dislikes video games and buys into the whole "games make you violent" stuff) referred to it as a shooter. >_>
Fanfiction I hate. There is no Devil. If there was, he'd most probably manipulate mankind into ruining the companies that release this crap. Hostile takeovers, overlong lawsuits, seizing assets, anything - he already has lawyers on his side, for God's sake!
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisWait families?! I thought that in the Left Behind books God suspended conception since he you know raptured every child on Earth, why would he let children be born into a world where it's near impossible to gain salvation?
Life's Gonna Suck When You Grow Up... But Is It That Great Now?... Also I'm Skylark2 now. What I'm wondering is why an ultra-conservative video game that considers rock music evil uses so many modern video game tropes. It's like claiming you hate a band, but then you start rattling off the lyrics to all their songs. It's odd.

^I honestly have no idea. Maybe the developers were forced to go along with it, even though they knew it was absolutely hypocritical and stupid?
Didn't realize there was a thread for this game. Didn't the company that made this game got shut down after it was discovered by authorities that the owner of the company committed tax fraud?
They're ecstatic the seven games they've produced earned $210,000 in the last two fiscal quarters - the most they've made.
Um, yay? lol
Two years ago, I saw rows and rows of the game at Game Stop - mass producing those boxes and pressing disks had to cost more than $210,000.
Suddenly this springs to mind:
