Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

Passive aggression is the sort of thing that, if it goes on for too long, I feel far too tempted to instantly retaliate with actual aggression the moment the offender lets their guard down. -false laughter, followed by a swift clock in the jaw.-

Living The Fever DreamIf I had played the games more recently, I could provide the specific examples from each game. But it's one of the staples of the series. It always follows a pretty specific format though:
- Party camps out or checks into an inn.
- The party splits up and you lose all the characters except for the main character (Lloyd in Symphonia, Luke in Abyss, etc.).
- Optionally, you can talk to any of your party members. Each of them will have a heart-to-heart with the main character if you do so.
- To progress the plot, you have to speak to a particular person, usually the most significant female character (the Chosen One, the love interest, the Mysterious Waif, etc.), and have a heart-to-heart with them as well. Typically, they will be the one who is farthest from wherever your character starts, so your conversation can feel more intimate and private. I.e., if it's a campfire, they'll be down the path a ways; if it's at an inn, they'll have wandered out to the stables; etc.

Ooh, passive aggression. Like regular aggression but quieter and more seemingly civil.
