Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

(This post will probably reveal the truth.)Neither am I, considering they all want to kill me for some reason. Except two cats, but they got run over by fucking cars. I dunno about the first one, but the second one was run over by a drunk idiot.
(This post will probably reveal the truth.)Hasn't everyone wished to be a cat at some point?
Because, you know, EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE A CAT!
"We're home, Chewie."
Sadly, no. I would've killed the jerk, but I was restrained by my parents for a minute or two before I broke free, and the jerk drove too fast.
Writers don't make enough justification for Aliens Speaking English. They could be taught it, they could psychically translate it, they could "invent" it, but usually they just start out knowing it.
I'm fond of telepathic understanding. That way, an alien could understand any language of any race. And they don't even have to have their lips move. If they have any.
You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stayI had a though, what if talking in a language is as primitive a means of communication to Sufficiently Advanced Aliens as making signs is to us?

I have read a few books, but they've all been so forgettable that I just delete them from my Kindle as soon as I have finished them...
