I'd like it if there was a lack of cat ears.

Furrydom I'm fine with, but what is it with cat ears?

Women love cats.

Women love Bishōnen.

Put them together...

I was trying to explain the idea. I don't care for it either, but a lot of people do.

I kind of do.

I guess it is just as simple as adding something I like to another thing I like makes it better.

I like cat ears and dog ears. I dunno why, I think they're cute. I don't even like actual cats that much.

The main reason I find that picture adorable is because of the cuddling though.

Chances are, I'm not actually wearing any pants right now.

I thought it was because the whole cat/dog thing is like, Foe Yay. And obviously, the more two guys hate each other, the more they want to get in each others' pants.

Or something.

But yeah.

I think the thing behind foe yay is the idea of both parties needing to exert power and domination over the other. And sexual power is rather potent. It's especially good if you have the worthy opponent aspect added.

I've always preferred Friend Yay/Not-Quote-Heterosexual Life-Partners to Foe Yay (hence why I ship Tom/Shizuo instead of Shizaya). Bad experience makes the more violent relationships triggery, sometimes.

Although people playing psychosexual domination games can be pretty fun. Especially when both parties are enjoying it.

I'm not so much fan of full-on loathing hatesex Foe Yay as I am for the BFF turned enemies who still care way too much pairings. The "I hate you but I still love you" kind.

^^ That sounds pretty cool too, although most of my fandoms don't have that sort of pairing dynamic (except maybe Simon/Rossiu, but that's by Simon punching the fail out of Rossiu and then having steamy makeup sex with him.)

I prefer Mind Game Ships, Foe Yay or not. The more BDSM fuel, the better.

I blame Doctor/Master and Dumbledore/Grindelwald happening within a few months for this obsession.

I have a question: Why does the box labeled "Deep Kiss" (bottom right box) look like a French kiss, while the box labeled "French Kiss" (bottom left box) just looks like nuzzling?

Also, I thought this was adorable, mostly for their faces as they think, "Cuuuuuuute!"

My guess is that they've mixed up a French kiss with an Eskimo kiss. Are either terms common in Japanese?

Also, another cute Shizuo/Tom pic... Oh, c'mon. I can't be the only one who ships them.

I dunno, but it seems like every rendition of that meme has the same thing. I guess the term just mutated once it entered the Japanese lexicon...?

Could be that with a french kiss they mean those pecks on the cheeck frenchmen occasionally use when greeting friends.

@Sparky

I ship it, and I don't even watch the show. But come on, Tom has dreads how could I say no? Plus he seems very nice from what I know. Nice is good.

Thread bump.

Can't find it except on Pixiv, but here's some Takuto/Sugata fanart.

Although I'm kind of surprised it took 2 episodes, rather than one. tongue

Well, let's be fair to them: Sugata was more of a Takuto/Wako Shipper on Deck in ep 1 than someone who was ready to jump into the OT3 himself. Besides, now we get the "do you mind glass?" reference.

Which, considering that said reference didn't come up until today, means they cranked this one out fast.
