- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here

- The Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard tropes aren't currently adding or removing examples. Wick changes and other minor corrections to the locked trope pages can be made via this thread, but more significant changes will be declined.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Are we going to ignore that the newest trailer released for Sonic The Hedgehog has gotten a much more positive reception (the new trailer has more than 100 times more likes than dislikes on YT)
and that Sonic's new redesign is seen as much more faithful to the original? I think that on the YMMV page someone should add entries for Author's Saving Throw and Win Back the Crowd in regards to this.
Edit request for Sonic the Hedgehog (2020):
- Author's Saving Throw: The initial design for Sonic was heavily mocked by fans for falling squarely into Uncanny Valley territory and only barely resembling Sonic — so much so that the movie was pushed back a few months so they could redesign it. The redesign (shown off in the second trailer
) ended up being received far more positively.
- Win Back the Crowd: A number of fans who were turned off by Sonic's original design ended up regaining interest in the movie after his redesign, which better resembled his appearance in the games.

At Literature H to Q, for The Last American Vampire, please wrap The Lost Colony of Roanoke around Roanoke for Crowley's entry (first sentence).
Hollywood Tactics, Literature, proposed rewrite.
How is this?
- Running the other guy over with your armored ride was an old idea when Alexander the Great was around. Many military vehicles, when sealed, would be utterly impervious to World War Z zombies. The troops never think to use their vehicles as weapons or to force a breakthrough. note

At DC Literature, for Others, please move the Doomsday Prophecy duo after C.W. Saturn.
I'll ask any discussion for examples from Film.Sonic The Hedgehog 2020 to be discussed in the designated clean-up thread
, please. Tagging ~bwburke94, ~Brainulator9, ~Storygirl000, ~Albert3105, and ~MetroidPeter.
Suggested new pothole for Evil Overlord List
Looking at #64 on the list, the phrase "extremely unusual phobias" is the perfect place to put a pothole to Absurd Phobia. The Sanity Has Advantages pothole can be moved to the end of the sentence, as follows:
- I will see a competent psychiatrist and get cured of all extremely unusual phobias and bizarre compulsive habits which could prove to be a disadvantage.
Also, I missed this: For C.W. Saturn, there should be a period after the W as well as after the C.
EDIT: Also, at Literature: A to C, please pothole The Black Angel to Charlie Parker Series.

~ACW, you gotta let me know which page that is for C.W. Saturn. I'm not remembering these after they're added.
Overwatch 2 and its subpages were cut for not having a confirmed release date. But the content on the character page had been moved there from the Overwatch character pages, and now that content is gone rather than having been moved back. Can the page be restored so that the content can be moved back to its original pages?
Sandbox.Overwatch 2 Characters - there you go. Cutlist when you're done, please.
I know there's still a couple of days before the games release, but should we even bother unlocking Pokémon Sword and Shield's YMMV page when they do? Asking because there still appears to be a lot of people who are angry about...certain things and I don't expect that the dust will be settling for a good long while.
"Hey, least I didn't lose all my artistic talent when I crash landed in the arena here."Saturn's DC Literature.
EDIT: Also, at Spider-Man, slight rewrite:
- Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do: "Mr. Brownstone", Garrison Klum, is a sociopathic drug dealer with a nasty drive to dominate all those he sees. Having murdered his own mother in youth when his ability to teleport liquids manifested, Garrison continuously molested and raped his own little brother, Francis, on a regular basis through childhood and into teen years. Once discovering that Francis too had powers, Garrison began combining their abilities in a huge scheme to make themselves rich by supplying drugs to the rich and powerful by teleporting the drugs directly into their bloodstream, thus eliminating any physical evidence of drug usage. Continuing to molest Francis at his leisure, Garrison also is known to regularly use his powers to inject paralyzing drugs into people, then rape them, with his main targets being young women and teenage boys. After avoiding an assassination attempt by a rival drug gang, Garrison injects drugs directly into their hearts, killing the entire gang plus the leader's wife with a smile on his face, and uses this same method to kill two customers of his to silence them. When his body count draws the attention of the Black Cat, Garrison paralyzes her with drugs, then attempts to rape and murder her, and continue his rise to becoming the most powerful man in New York.
