This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

At Godzilla, for 2019!Ghidorah, please change the first pothole to MonsterVerse - King Ghidorah.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsNeither page is locked.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Correct. I'm asking for a moderator revert rather than going through and manually undoing the changes, which are quite extensive.
I can do the latter if that's preferable for some reason, but a one-button solution strikes me as easier if that's available to the mods.

At Literature M To Z, for Modern Faerie Tales, please change "mortally wounds" to "critically wounds".
Also, at The Punisher, please change Earth-616 Punisher to Earth-616 Punisher

Per TRS Wick Cleaning, on The Vampire Diaries The Originals, The Vampire Diaries Main Characters, and The Vampire Diaries Book Characters, can all instances of Kuudere be changed to Sugar-and-Ice Personality, please? The first two pages have the trope commented out due to being ZCE.
At Hellraiser, for Dr. Phillip Channard's entry:
- Please replace "Using his facility for the as front" with "Using his facility as the front".
- Please capitalize "cenobite" in the phrase "abnormally chaotic cenobite".
- Please replace the c-cedilla in "façade" with a normal c.
I propose this addition to Double Standard Rape: Female on Male:
Legion: In the season 2 finale, David uses his telepathy to wipe the memory of a fight from Syd's mind so he can proceed to have sex with her. This is presented as one of several arguments that David is out of control and needs to be contained. However when she was a teenager, Syd used her powers to essentially pull a Bed Trick on her mother's boyfriend.note Not only did this constitute a rape by deception, but she reverted back to her own body in the middle of the act, making it appear for all intents and purposes that the boyfriend was having sex with a minor. He was subsequently arrested, and very likely had his life destroyed as a result. While what David did was certainly not ok, Syd's actions are presented far more sympathetically and she is never shown facing consequences for what she did.
Done and done and done.
At Monster.Anime And Manga O To Z, please change Monsters in the Wanted! (1998) entry to "Monsters" because How to Write an Example demands that short works be in "quotes", and long works in italics.
At Literature M To Z, for Perdido Street Station, for Rudgutter, that should be Bentham instead of Pentham.
Thanks.

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsSlight tweak for Pre-Crisis Trigon at DC Universe:
- Teen Titans: Trigon the Terrible, the Archnemesis Dad of Raven, is an interdimensional demonic overlord who reigns over an empire where countless souls are kept in horrible bondage. Slaughtering the very cult responsible for his birth, including his mother, Trigon would go on to brutally conquer his entire dimension. Trigon has sired many children across the centuries, destroying any who dare to oppose him. Seeking to expand his dominion to Earth, Trigon took the form of a handsome man and impregnated a woman named Arella, revealing his true form and taunting her afterwards. After his daughter Raven's birth, Trigon would make numerous attempts to subjugate her to his will. When she refused to join him, Trigon destroyed her home world, Azarath, before corrupting Raven's soul and launching a campaign of destruction on Earth, forcing Raven to do battle with her own friends. During his invasion of Earth, Trigon reduced the island of New York to a graveyard, fusing the bodies of four million inhabitants together as part of an ever-growing spire of writhing, tormented souls. Trigon ultimately intended to merge Earth with his own dimension, happily condemning billions of lives to annihilation. Willing to exterminate entire worlds to make an example, and with trillions of deaths to his name, Trigon is the most terrifying and wicked foe the Teen Titans have ever faced.
Per TRS, Internet Backdraft is to be moved to Flame Bait instead of being a regular Audience Reaction, but it hasn't been added to the Flame Bait index yet.
I'm aware that the Audience Reactions index isn't locked, but I'd appreciate it if Internet Backdraft could be removed from there when it's added to Flame Bait, since it might be a while before I see the followup to this post.

Stuck In Reality is creating ghost wicks. Recreate and cut, please and thank you.
Please edit the YMMV page for Heroes in Crisis so that the Internet Backdraft entry is removed and that the mention of Internet Backdraft under the Unfortunate Implications entry is changed to "controversy", as the trope is now considered flame bait.
A request for DarthWiki.Fallen Creator; I've made some grammar and formatting corrections to, and trimmed some Word Cruft from, the entries for Silicon Knights and Shiny Entertainment in the Video Games folder. (These are just the ones that leapt out at me; the entire page could probably do with being put in a sandbox and tidied up a bit.)
- Another victim of this is Silicon Knights, who was coincidentally another former Nintendo devnote . The creators of the first Legacy of Kain game, the acclaimed Game Cube Survival Horror game Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem and well-done Metal Gear Solid remake The Twin Snakes, their next game, Too Human, languished in Development Hell. From jumping from three different consoles to an incredibly bloated budget ($60 million!) to a series of Frivolous Lawsuits between Epic Games, the finished product received mediocre reviews and rather bad sales, which put a damper on that trilogy they planned. X-Men: Destiny fared no better with critics, averaging around 50% on Metacritic note . The reasons for the poor quality of the game have been disputed; comments allegedly from former employees claim that the game was mismanaged by President Denis Dyack, who was taking the funding from Activsion and directing it towards work on a sequel to Eternal Darkness while prolonging Destiny's development for more money, while Dyack refutes the allegations and lays the blame on a drastic decrease in funding due to Disney purchasing Marvel and resulting legal issues with Activision. The nail in Silicon Knights' coffin came when Epic Games won their countersuit and received a court order to recall and destroy Too Human and X-Men Destiny along with all games currently under development, ultimately leading to the studio's closure two years later.
- Shiny Entertainment went from - among other things - the first two Earthworm Jim games, the MDK series, Sacrifice to movie tie-ins of The Matrix and The Golden Compass. Their final fate was to be merged with The Collective (which did only licensed games up to that point) into Double Helix Games, whose Silent Hill: Homecoming and Front Mission Evolved are generally considered decent but not great (they did spawn a stinker in the form of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra in bewteen these two though, so it's safe to say that they have yet to fully recover).
Thanks nombretomado!
