This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

There's this entry that I would like to add for Fallen Creator. I would like a moderation for this before this is put on the page by the mods. Here we go.
- Channel Awesome/That Guy With The Glasses and to an extent, Doug Walker/Nostalgia Critic. During its debut and early years, they took the internet by storm, becoming universally beloved icons and pioneering internet review/criticism, with the Nostalgia Critic himself being the only figure that could match The Angry Video Game Nerd in 'reviewing bad media'. At 2018, however, several disgruntled old associates revealed a lot of mismanagement by Channel Awesome CEO Mike Michaud (one of them proved to be extremely severe as it turned out that the channel is protecting a sexual predator) and Doug not raising enough objections against it while getting preferential treatment over other contributors. This caught on the internet and it erupted into a wildfire, with hashtags like #ChangeTheChannel trending, condemning them and they transformed from major idols into major Broken Pedestals, and a majority of old contributors leaving the channel to go their own separate paths (only a few like Brad Jones stayed out of his loyalty as a personal friend with Doug). These days, surprisingly, Channel Awesome managed to still stand and gather many subscribers, but these mostly consist of newer fans; older fans and former associates rejected them, and they're no longer the internet personality juggernaut they used to be.
There are several arguments on how much they don't fit because they still managed a million of subscribers (though it has massively decreased from the controversy), but then again, several other examples seem to still running and made profits despite the loss of public support (chief examples include Electronic Arts and Konami), so I thought this feels more like "They fell, but they still try their best to get back up from the fall".
What do you think? (Yes, include 'this is grammatically incorrect' criticisms if you wish)

Please unlock Avengers: Endgame and related YMMV pages tomorrow, on April 24. This is the date the movie is released in most of Europe as well as Australia, China and some other Asian countries. USA and UK get the release later, however I think it would be fair to allow users from other countries to edit the pages as soon as the movie is first released.

Back on February 9, Albert 3105 posted on ATT about whether Namine on deserved her own subpage on the Kingdom Hearts Character Sheet. We agreed she should be cut and moved but nobody got around to doing it. Today I did it. I re-linked everything. Except one thing.
The page Xehanort's Incarnations seems to have been locked. Please remove the link to Namine's page at the top. It is going to be a dead link after the page is cut otherwise.

I request that the text "The film is scheduled to release on April 26, 2019." on the page for Avengers: Endgame be changed to "the film's release date varies from country to country, the earliest being April 24 and the latest being April 29."
Also, like Asherinka I request that the page lose its edit lock, since the movie came out today in about 30 countries. Sure, it's not available in the US, but by that logic we'd have to get an edit lock on every work that's unreleased in the US.
