This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Done to here, I wonder whether listing Media Notes pages on Definition-Only Pages is actually necessary.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIf it's worth anything, I'm opposed to locking the Renamed Tropes and Square Peg subpages. They need more maintenence than a typical Administrivia page, so I think locking them will just add unnecessary backlog to this thread. Unless there's an issue with vandalism, I don't see what locking will accomplish.
On You Can Play This!, please move the Real Song Theme Tune entries to the Trivia page, since it's a Trivia trope.
On MagnificentBastard.Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, please change the link to WesternAnimation.Despicable Me to Franchise.Despicable Me.
Request for The Fundamentalist under Video Games:
- In Baldur's Gate III, Token Evil Teammates Shadowheart and Lae'zel are both this, and initially hate each other over ideological differences. Shadowheart is a cleric for the Religion of Evil surrounding the God of Darkness Shar, while Lae'zel is a member of a race of Scary Dogmatic Aliens who worship their undead queen as a God-Emperor while shunning actual gods. Despite responding to perceived heresies with threats of violence, the environments they come from are so toxic that not immediately following through on said threats makes them moderate in comparison, and their Character Development is centered around them both coming to terms with the revelation that their Religion Is Wrong.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Add under the Video Games folder for UsefulNotes.Adolf Hitler:
- The New Order: Last Days of Europe: Adolf Hitler is the starting leader of Nazi Germany in this timeline where the Axis won World War II. Due to his advanced age, after he dies on October 1963, this results in the entire Reich being destabilized until a member of his Inner Circle manages to ascend to the seat of Führer.
On ''You Can Play This!, there's a redlink for Nega Dub on the entry for Unusually Uninteresting Sight. Please change it from "Nega Dub" to "[=NegaDub=]".
^^ and ^^^ done.
^Sorry, is Negadub meant to be in CamelCase?

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.YouTube is currently being indexed on Text-Formatting Rules, which I don’t think it should be. Likewise for TV Tropes and Avatar and the Airbending Fellowship of Vampire Slayers.
Also, that Administrivia page’s link to Text-Formatting Rules needs to be namespaced.

Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!@SeptimusHeap: Considering I see "NegaDub" in CamelCase on other pages for the show (such as the Awesome page), I assume that's the case.
So, I'll once again request the edit I requested here.

On the page for Five-Man Band, there is a Kung Fu Panda example that is specifically referring to the first movie, which would go under the name WesternAnimation.Kung Fu Panda 1, but has the link WesternAnimation.Kung Fu Panda which is a redirect to the franchise index. Please change it and any other of those redirects that are on the page accordingly.

I just recently launched the trope No Clear Leader, which covers instances of uncertain leadership within groups/nations. I ask if it can be included in In-Universe Examples Only and No Real Life Examples, Please!, the former to address any "this group as no leader" examples, and the latter due to the risk of stepping on the toes of actual IRL leadership debates.

Those are archives, which aren’t supposed to be edited ever, as it says at the top of this thread. Some appear to have broken or outdated wiki syntax on them, which bothers me a lot in general, but I’m sure they won’t be edited to fix that either.

Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Dang, I must have missed that. Ah well. Thanks for letting me know.
It's gonna be fun on the bun!Afraid that I don't understand Also, that Administrivia page’s link to Text-Formatting Rules needs to be namespaced. - which page is this on?
No Clear Leader needs a rationale for its NRLEP listing.
As said above, we don't edit archives.
I'll do the swap of the sandboxes soonish.
Everything else is done.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI meant to say Administrivia.Tips Worksheet, which is linked to with no namespace on Text-Formatting Rules. This is indexing the Main/ redirect.

As this comment in the CV forum says, work pages are no longer stripped off their on-page examples and locked for Content Policy reasons. In other words, they aren't exceptions to the rule of a minimum of three examples described in How to Create a Work Page.
