This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here
.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here
.
- The Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard tropes aren't currently adding or removing examples. Wick changes and other minor corrections to the locked trope pages can be made via this thread, but more significant changes will be declined.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Since I launched Creepy Mascot Suit recently, I was hoping you could add an entry about mascot suits to Accidental Nightmare Fuel. Even if we're not supposed to mention that an example provides the current page image, the current page image is a mascot suit.
I would put the following under the bullet point for clowns:
- Mascot suits, and once again, not just the evil ones.
Mind Swap redirect to "Freaky Friday" Flip, because it's basically the same as the Body Swap redirect?
Invincibility Frames to Mercy Invincibility as another name for the same effect?

I accidentally sent WMG.Metal Gear Solid V to the cutlist, and it got cut despite having lots of content if I recall correctly. Here's a request to check it and restore it if I'm right about this.
For Television Is Trying to Kill Us, I'd like to see this added:
- Heal It With Fire: More specifically, the "realistic" variants involving cauterization of wounds to rid them of infection or staunch bleeding. Though it was seen as an actual treatment for millennia, modern medical consensus is that cauterization is generally only worthwhile if the person is heavily bleeding, there are no other options, and better care is on the way. Otherwise, it's proven to actually increase infection risk, apart from the issues of taking a serious wound and sticking a heavy-duty burn on top of it (or, in particularly nasty cases, inside of it). Many depictions of cauterization in media would likely have killed the person enduring the treatment, or at the very least done far more damage long-term than whatever wound they were trying to disinfect.
And for Hollywood Tactics, mostly pulled from Suspiciously Small Army and Easily Thwarted Alien Invasion:
- The final battle in Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War features Thanos's grand, planet-conquering army, which seemingly consists of a few thousand creatures of seemingly-bestial intelligence who do little beyond make a disorganized charge at the enemy and attempt to tear them apart in melee. Opposing them is a smaller number of Wakandans wielding sonic blast-shooting spears, which respond by making a similar disorganized charge. Thanos's army doesn't even deploy vehicles at first, and when they do, they're Threshers, rather odd-looking giant monowheels that crumble to minigun fire and seem designed to wreak as much havoc among Thanos's army as anything they're fighting. Barring a Quirky Miniboss Squad on one side and a handful of superheroes on the other, that's it for combined arms or support.

Please add the following entry to Snuff Film under Live-Action TV:
- Jack Taylor: In "The Guards", Respected businessman Trevor Lanpert drowns teenage girls and films them in his spare time. The fact that his victims are framed as suicides arouse the suspicions of the titular Jack Taylor, who is appalled to eventually discover the snuff films.

Please change the King Arthur wick on Shadowchasers - Other Important Characters to Myth.King Arthur.
^ On the same page, there are several trope names that are spoiler-tagged on some of the character folders. Those are found on the folders of Anthony Draco, Jack Harlen, Kamen, Mira, Naoto, Sarah Blaze, Tranello Dominare, and Vince Belsito. Would greatly appreciate it to see them gone.

CG for shortWhile doing cleanup for The Con a while back, I noticed that Con Man's description says Scam Artist and Grifter are alternate names for con men, but those don't exist as redirects (though Con Artist, another alternate name, does exist as a redirect). Could they be made into redirects to Con Man?
Also, would turning Con Men into a redirect be doable, or would that violate the policy on plural redirects (which I mainly recall applying to words whose plurals end with "s")?

Please remove the following passage in bold from Amber Heard:
I am pretty sure that passage is the reason the page was locked in the first place, and since the passage is absent from Depp's page, there is no reason for it to be on Heard's page. This isn't TMZ.
