Going to need a lot more details than just a name.
Here's a basic template
Name
Gender
Hair Length/Style
Hair Color
Physique (Facial Structure, Muscle Tone, Scars, etc)
Clothing/Equipment (Armor, Weapons, Accessories, etc)
Preferred Posture
For 40k characters, I'm going to need picture examples for armor/uniforms. My 40k knowledge is almost nil.

Eliminate the opposition and triumph by any means necessary; Fighting fair is only for those who can afford to lose. These are Chapter Masters of Space Marines. Several of those Masters have pictures available.
Here's one from a game modification.
◊
Name/Title: Chapter Master Zolomon
Gender: Male
Hair Length/Style: Bald
Hair Color: Grey.
Physique (Facial Structure, Muscle Tone, Scars, etc): Craggy, well-muscled, plentiful small scars, one of which makes any attempt to smile any wider than a smirk unpleasant; note plates of metal and clamps to hold parts of his face together, along the jawline, I think; also note that one ear is completely replaced with an audio implant.
Clothing/Equipment (Armor, Weapons, Accessories, etc): Full suit of customised Power Armor, take note of this when designing his Founder's Helm
◊; Primary weapons include a chainsword and thunder shield. Note various purity seals festooning his pauldrons like officer's filigree, as well as a deformed Iron Warrior emblem shaped brooch on his right breastplate.
Preferred Posture: Standing at attention /or/ combat stance
That's what I've got for now. Further information can be found on the Character Sheet.

So, how is that?
Also, here's the old Iron Warriors emblem.

...Hoo, boy; I never really developed a concrete image of precisely what Zee looks like. But here goes...
Mind you, this is only what I've been able to come up with in the last five minutes or so; I'll fill in more details later.
- Name: Zelenin “Zee” _____ (nee Arkangelsk) [also known as Lana)
- Gender: Female
- Hair Length/Style: to mid-back or waist/uh…let’s go with "Wavy" for now.
- Hair Color: golden blonde
- Physique (Facial Structure, Muscle Tone, Scars, etc): While I can't get all these ironed out right away, I can tell you of some of the odder characteristics Zee possessed. As Lana, she possessed a quartet of elegant, backswept horns—two on each side of her head—and I believe she had purple eyes. When she was later purified and made into a vampire, her eyes became red and she lost the horns, gaining a pair of fangs and a set of retractable angelic wings in the process.
- Clothing/Equipment (Armor, Weapons, Accessories, etc): her clothing has changed a number of times throughout the story. When she first appeared (as the daemon Lana), she wore a purple robe that accentuated her many...assets, for lack of a better term, and beneath this she wore what could be best described as a dominatrix outfit; after she was freed from her daemonic taint and transformed into a hybrid of a vampire and a Living Saint, she went through both a hospital smock and a maid's outfit for a time, then switched over to a set of crimson Sororitas armour
for the final battle. As Lana, she wielded a daemonic, segmented whipsword called Aphrodite in combat; this weapon was destroyed in the process of purifying her, however, so eventually she moved onto a regular chainsword which she would frequently use her newly-sanctified powers to encase in a wreath of holy white fire.
- Preferred Posture: TBD
So, in summary:
- LANA:
- Horns
- Purple eyes
- Robe
- Dominatrix outfit beneath robe
- Daemonic whipsword
- Daemon
- Evil
- ZEE:
- Fangs
- Red eyes
- Angelic wings
- Hospital smock OR maid outfit OR Sororitas armour
- Flaming chainsword
- Living Saint
- Vampire
- Good
More information on Zee/Lana can be found in her article here. I hope this helps, Tuj.

The Danse Macabre CodexOnly issue with Zolomon is that I have no idea what's been customized about the armor without it being elaborated upon. As for the helmet, should I just rip the helmet directly from that set of armor, or are there any smaller bits I should consider?
As for Zee, when you've decided specifically which version you want me to draw first, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

Eliminate the opposition and triumph by any means necessary; Fighting fair is only for those who can afford to lose.Think a combination of old and new for the Helm.
As for the customisation, think segmenting and layers.
◊
Hmm... I think we'll go with the Lana incarnation first, get that out of the way, if that's alright with you.
The Danse Macabre Codex@Colonial: So a mixture of this
◊ and this
◊ with a whole bunch of these
◊ on the shoulders?
@Sullen: So angel wings, fangs, no horns, a chainsword(still have to figure out what that is), and lithe. Since her clothes change a lot, what would you prefer she be wearing in this one?

Eliminate the opposition and triumph by any means necessary; Fighting fair is only for those who can afford to lose.Yes to the lithe, but yes to the horns and no fangs or wings at this point as she is yet to be purified. For clothing, I would put her in that purple robe with the dominatrix stuff just somewhat visible underneath, and at this point she has the whipsword (think Ivy from Soul Calibur).
To keep this traits clear in your head, just remember this:
LANA:
- Horns
- Purple eyes
- Robe
- Dominatrix outfit beneath robe
- Daemonic whipsword
- Daemon
- Evil
ZEE:
- Fangs
- Red eyes
- Angelic wings
- Hospital smock OR maid outfit OR Sororitas armour
- Flaming chainsword
- Living Saint
- Vampire
- Good

The Danse Macabre CodexRight now I'm just drawing their heads so I can show you what I have in mind, just because I'm sure they aren't exactly as you picture, and it's easier to get just draw up drafts and get corrected.
Eliminate the opposition and triumph by any means necessary; Fighting fair is only for those who can afford to lose. That's cool, Tuj. I just wanted to iron these aspects out for you.
Well, it's gettin late out here, so I'm gonna let you guys go now. See you tomorrow.
The Danse Macabre CodexHere's another for future possibilities.
Name/Title: Inquisitor Thomas (Lansmith)
Gender: Male
Hair Length/Style: Slightly wild on the sides, but otherwise short.
Hair Colour: Black, maybe with some grey on the sides.
Physique (Facial Structure, Muscle Tone, Scars, etc): square-jawed, with an augmetic monocle covering his left eye, hints of terrible burns above and below; shark-like grin; shorter and stockier build than most Inquisitors, still fairly muscular; grizzled chin.
Clothing/Equipment (Armor, Weapons, Accessories, etc): Black robe with a layered, bullet-proof armour sort of look to it (slightly trench coat-like); carapace armour covering his torso; covering his right hand and lower arm is a Power Fist, black and green; on his left, a lightning claw
, similarly painted.
Preferred Posture: crouched slightly in a combat stance.

Eliminate the opposition and triumph by any means necessary; Fighting fair is only for those who can afford to lose. That's actually pretty close to what I was getting at, Tuj; I'm impressed. Something somehow seems lacking in the hair department, though, but I can't put my finger on precisely what it is.
I'll get back to you in the morning; maybe I'll have figured it out—and how to articulate it—once I've had some sleep.

As far as the hair, there should be more of it wrapping around to the other side of her head >.> I just figured "Hey this should be enough to get the idea" and stopped there <.<
Alright, lips should be easy enough. You'll have to forgive me as I'm not used to drawing brawny guys so it's a bit of a learning thing for me too. Oh, and can you give me an idea of what the mechanic-audio-thing would look like?

Arcturus, Zee, Zolomon...
The Steel Judicators have as their primary colours grey and deep red. They are the polar opposite of Cybernetics Eat Your Soul, as while they augment themselves extensively, they make certain to never forget their humanity. Their motto, "Steel Without, Steel Within", reflects this, in that they are Marines first, and machines second.
