Well, as "in charge" as you can be when on an equal power level.

Oh, I won't say that. Remilia won't hesitate to remind Zee as her duties as a Servant unless she finds someone else to push it onto.

...speaking of which, what about Sakuya? Can Remilia arrange with Juvenant treatment for her? And if yes, how long can her lifespan be prolonged?

Alright Here we go. Please note that if you have better suggestions for names, please tell me.

  • Name: Jordan Kinsledd
  • Species: Human (Space Marine)
  • Native Chapter: Imperial Fists
  • Designation: Epistorlary Librarian
  • Text color: Cinnamon
  • Signature weapons: Force Axe, Bolter
  • Bio: The leader of squad Archaeon, Jordan is aged second only to Simon. He tries to serve as the voice of reason and mediator in the arguements amongst his teammates only to fall victim to Raphael's taunts stemming from the Ultramarine's superiority complex, leaving the resolving to Simon.

Outside of battle, Jordan is one of the more optimistic members of Team Archaeon, always looking for the best in others. Whenever the team is sent on missions that involve the interaction of other Imperial citizens, Jordan is always the one who strives to present himself politely and cheerfully. His easy to approach nature leads him to be the first member of team that Reiko and Mary befriend.

In battle however, one simply best pray that one isn't being targeted by Jordan. If normal Astartes training and conditioning isn't enough to put him at an advantage, his psyker abilities most likely will. Hundreds of the Emperor's foes have fallen to his Force Axe and bolter, and chances are they won't be the last. As is the case with all Imperial Fists, Jordan advances even when others would consider it wiser to retreat. While this mindset has led to countless easily avoidable injuries on his part, they are far outweighed by the number of victories he has accumulated in his career as an Astartes.

  • Name: Raphael Hyubriss {Claimed by Chabal 2}
  • Species: Human (Space Marine)
  • Native Chapter: Ultramarines
  • Designation: Devastator (Heavy weapons specialist)
  • Text Color: Blue
  • Signature Weapons: Heavy Bolter, Lascannon, Hunter-Killer Missle launcher
  • Bio: It is a commonly held belief that the Ultramarines are the pinnacle of what a Space Marine should be. Rigid followers of the Codex Astartes, the sons of Guilliman are well-organized and respected by the citizens of the Imperium. If you were to ask about their status however, most Ultramarines are likely to hold a humble opinion of their chapter.....

...and then there are those like Raphael Hyubriss. Raphael is convinced that the Ultramarines are superior to the other chapters in every possible way. Stubborn, egotistical and rude, Raphael routinely mocks and derides any and all other Astartes while flaunting about the Ultramarines many accomplishments (whilst convieniantly ignoring their follies.) These acts bother the Ultramarines just as much as the other chapters, so much in fact that Marenus Calgar himself sent Raphael to serve in the Deathwatch to teach him some humility. So far it hasn't worked out.

When first assigned to team Archaeon, Raphael was stunned and offended that an Imperial fist was made the leader instead of him, a pure son of Ultramar. As a result, numerous failed attempts to usurp Jordan and place himself team leader have occured. While Jordan mostly attempts to merely ignore Raphael's taunts and insults, there have been occasions when the Librarian simply could not stand it any longer and fell for the Ultramarine's bait, leading to Simon having to break the two apart.

When the young pair of Gensokyian maidens came aboard the Team's ship, Raphael mistook the reason of their joining, and thought they were in need of protection. At first he tried his best to see to it that Mary and Reiko didn't need to feel like they needed to join in the "man's work." They quickly proved him wrong. Needless to say, he was left confused and still has difficulty wrapping the concept of capable female fighters around his head.  *

  • Name: Naat'suu Gr'yfil'ya  * {Claimed by Made of Axes... I think}
  • Species: Human (Space Marine)
  • Native chapter: Salamanders
  • Designation: Devastator/Tactical Marine
  • Text Color: Green
  • Signature Weapons: Heavy Flamer, Plasma Cannon, Multi-Melta
  • Bio: The youngest member of Team Archaeon, Naat'suu is as wild and chaotic as the fireballs that emerge from his trusted Heavy flamer. Naat'suu's penchant for heat-based weaponry is often considered absurd even by Salamander standards.

Naat'suu is by far the most passionate and zealous member of the team, a trait that puts him at odds with the cold and apathetic Orres. He's always the first member to earn a kill and is always eager to bring his flames to the foes of the Emperor. Naat'suu's eagerness to fight Xenos and heretics actually gives concern to his battle brothers that his possible bloodlust will lead him to path of chaos. But numerous tests of faith show that his loyalty to the Emperor is unwavering. As with all Salamanders, Naat'suu possesses a concern for civilians, which leas to yet more ...disagreements with Orres. In fact the only two things stopping Naat'suu from roasting Orres on a stick like a marshmallow are the arrival of the more idealistic Mary and Reiko, and the guilt and consequences he would face for senselessly eliminating another servant of the Emperor.

When engaged in battle, Naat'suu makes special use of his own hand-crafted heat based weaponry, his personal favorite being his Heavy Flamer, affectionately named Dragneel. When that option is unavailable, he makes due with a Multi-melta or Plasma Cannon, casting him as a secondary Devastator option.

  • Name: Orres Apathuss
  • Species: Human (Space Marine)
  • Native chapter: Iron Hands
  • Designation: Tactical Marine, with a pinch of tech experience
  • Text Color: gray
  • Signature Weapons: Bolter, Chainsword.
  • Bio: Orres was once an ordinary Iron hands Marine in training to become an Iron Father, the Iron Hands' equivalent to both the Techmarine and Chaplain.  * But his training was left incomplete when he was inducted into service for the Deathwatch. He was not pleased to learn this. Since then, he's tried numerous times to leave duty, only to be reassigned to another mission. This leaves him even more bitter and cold than the typical Iron Hand.

Orres is very much a logic-minded person. He has little to no regard for the feelings of others, and as a result often butts heads (both metaphorically and literally) with Naat'suu. Another result of his apathy his bluntness and lack of subtelty in less than desired circumstances. When things are grim and chance of improvement is low, Orres is always the one let everyone know it. On top of that is his extreme "Survival of the fittest" nature taught to all Iron Hands, detailing that those too weak to properly protect defend themselves deserve to die. This attitude has further driven a wedge between him and his teammates.  *

When the two Gensokyian girls first arrived, Orres initially was confused and annoyed that his superiors sent children to fight alongside Astartes. He judged them based on their youth and dismissed them as weaklings, failing to realize perhaps there was a special reason they were sent to team Archaeon. Naturally, when Reiko and Mary unveiled their talents, Orres was speechless. He grew envious of their power and further withdrew himself from them, continuing to assault them with his bitterness.

  • Name: Umbrann Allen {Claimed by Lemurian}
  • Species: Human (Space Marine)
  • Native chapter: Raven Gaurd
  • Designation: Tactical Marine/Sniper
  • Text Color: Bold
  • Bio: Before joining the Deathwatch, Umbrann was a scout Seargant training new recruits for the Raven gaurd. He was a lax, optimistic man with a penchant for practical jokes who developed a tight personal bond with his scouts.

That all changed during the Grand Line campaign. On the Forge World CP9, his scout team had fallen prey to an ambush led by Dark Eldar from the Kabal of the Blackened Skeleton. Every last one of his scouts were butchered, and he was beaten within an inch of his life. That incident not only scarred him physically, but emotionally as well, forcing him to distance himself from others. Now, decades later, his sense of humor has developed a much darker tone. He has become more sarcasic and biting. In the rare occasion he actually speaks, his remarks and comments on his teammates bickerings jeopordizing missions annoy them to no end, leading to further confrontations.

Umbrann's experience as a sniper has led to him becoming team Archaeon's top Marksman. His accuracy is so keen that his battle brothers have given him the nickname of "Raven Eye." In the rare occasions that he's forced into close combat, he uses his trusted combat knife to quickly silence his enemies before returning to his rifle.

When Reiko and Mary arrived, Umbrann looked at their young faces and was reminded of the young recruits he lost that day. As a result, he rarely addresses the girls, because the memory still haunts him. So much so that when he joined the Deathwatch, he planned on taking advantage of the resources to avenge his young scouts by eliminating the Kabal of the Blackened Skeleton, and fortunately for him they've been reported raiding planets close to Gensokyo...

  • Name: Simon Lazaran {Claimed by Made of Axes}
  • Species: Human (Space Marine, Dreadnought)
  • Native chapter: Blood Angels
  • Designation: Dreadnought, Close combat
  • Text Format: BIG RED ALLCAPS.
  • Signature Weapons: Left arm: Powerfist. Right arm: Close combat arm with Stormbolter.
  • Bio: A warrior from centuries past, Simon is a wise veteren whose many years of battle experience have provided team Archaeon with a great boon. So old is he that he nearly qualifies for Furioso status within the Blood Angels chapter.

As a dreadnought, Simon is the oldest team member of the team, and as such he acts as a mentor for the younger marines as well as the mediator between their disputes. As much as the other team members hate each other, they all respect and admire Simon, often backing down from their arguements for his sake. In their various troubles and quandries, it is always Simon who they ask for guidance, which he is all too happy to give. Yet lately, his tactics of peace keeping between team Archaeon have not been as successful, and he is beginning to fear that he will soon be completely ineffective.

Simon took the arrival of the Gensokyian maidens as a blessing from the Emperor, approaching them to request that they assist him in keeping the other members from killing each other. The two new mediator have had varying degrees of success. When he first got a deminstration of their power, he also asked a greater request of them. As a Blood Angel, not even his dreadnought status will protect him from the Black Rage. Ordinary Blood Angel marines are difficult enough to contain, but Dreadnoughts are nearly impossible. As of late, signs of the Black Rage have been appearing more frequently, and Simon fears he will not be able to restrain himself for very much longer. He asks that Reiko and Mary help the others in ending him if he falls victim to the flaw. The two are still considering the option.

In battle, Simon's Blood Angel nature is reflected in his choice of weapons. His left arm is a mighty powerfist, specially crafted to work as a Dreadnought armament.  *

His right arm consists of a standard Close combat arm with a built in Storm bolter for mowing down enemy light infantry. With these tools he puts his battle experience to good use.

Sorry for the long wait, Real life had jerked me from the computor and I was stuck with a rather nasty case of Writer's block. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to state them. If you want control over one of them, just say which one and they're all yours.

Actually, if they're overheard...

My lady, why is she referring to you as a servant?

Oh, uh... She's my... confessor, and she always reminds me that for all my Emperor-given power, I am but a servant of the Imperium.

(Dawn Of War priests are the most hilarious with that line, competing only with Chaplains for sheer hamminess. I am but a HUMBLE SERVANT! indeed.

I'm sure somebody could be persuaded to fill Zee's shoes as servant. Given the hordes of screaming fans.

You know what, if Remilia for any reason turned evil, the others would be in a really bad position. She's a vampire, can get Flandre and Zee to do whatever she wants, and is an Inquisitor.

It's rather terrifying, to be honest.

^^ Ooh... I don't know which one to take. Maybe Lazaran or Naat'Suu...

^^ I'm hoping will that one never come to pass.

The lifespan of a regular human being can be prolonged by hundreds of years, but not forever. Space Marines are pretty much not subject to aging at all, the oldest one living to date, Dante of the Blood Angels, is something like ten thousand years old unless I'm gravely mistaken.

Thanks Lemur! Can anyone care to geuss why Raphael is a total asshat?

^^Actually, Dante's 1100, and he's respected by more or less every other marine. Even Marenus Calgar, whose special Rule is called "God of War."

^Indeed. Hyubriss thinks they're all actual quotes, but the Ultramarines in question ferverently deny it.

^^ I thought Bjorn The Fell-Handed was the oldest. Might be wrong though (or have the wrong guy). Although he is in a dreadnought, and in stasis...

I'm leaning towards Lazaran at the moment.

If you haven't geussed by now, Raphael's a parody of GW's obvious favoritism toward the smurfs. If /tg/ were to actually meet him, their rage would tear a fabric in reality so huge it would make the Eye of terror look like a cloud.

I like the smurfs personally, but even I can't stand Games Workshop's raging chubby for them. For the love of the Emperor, give the other chapters some love!

Like the Iron hands! There's practically no fluff for them whatsoever!
