Sit on unusual servers with crates, and when somebody goes on an uncrating spree, you'll be their best friend. Somebody gave me a ton of stranges for every 8 crates I gave them, like Strange Medigun, Minigun and 2 Strange Stickies.
Troper PageWell, it wasn't until just now that I realized how large TF 2 is. I got Boot Camp running, but the partition I squared away for the Windows side is a bit small for playing TF 2.
As in, if I were to install TF 2 right now, it would eat up more than half of the space that's left on the Windows partition. Not the best of situations...

I have a message from another time...Hey, old series crates are not worthless!
http://www.kongregate.com/games/stripedypaper/tf2-crate-sim
I've been using this thing like a buffoon for almost a year now, seeing which crate gives the most unusuals. Now, it might just be me, but the older series give a lot more unusuals than the Strange Crates. Call me superstitious, but I would love to get my hands on a couple dozen of the older crate series when I go on the great uncrating spree No. 2.
You can prove me wrong with your 'science'. But, neither you nor the State Health Department can take away the various embalmed animal corpses I have in my closet for good luck while uncrating!
Now, I'm about to buy yet another key, so if you don't mind, I'll be stringing up my voodoo charms around my monitor. I found a great tip from a juju priest that the blood of a vampire bat adds an extra 3% chance!

Apparently, my most valuable (and relatively useless to me) item, the Strange Festive Bat, is priced at around sixteen refined. According to a spreadsheet, it's about eight keys.
So, should I go ahead and scourge the market for more Strange Festives, or wait and risk a crate series with a Strange Bat being created and delivering a blow to the price of it?
Oh, did I mention I'm giving them away for free? Well not the Trophy Belt or Spyer, but I feel like giving away everything else.
See I've been thinking, it's not hard for me to accumulate Refined metal, and ever since giving away that All-Father I figured hey, I would love to do that again. So I decided to give these and future hats or miscellaneous items that I craft to you good people. So as soon as we discuss how we can arrange how to distribute these items (I was thinking duels or queue) we can get this thing going. It'll be like FNBN, except much less retarded.
Why? Because you guys are my friends.
Yes. FTP people can have stuff given to them. They just can't give anything back.
I would ask for one of the Sniper hats (that Croc Slouch and Desert Marauder look nice), but since I'm the one who got that All-Father from you, I think it's best if I give someone else a turn this time.

I have a message from another time...Basically, I have two systems in mind: 1. For each item, everyone who wants it duels each other until one winner remains. 2. I will put everyone on a queue rotation, meaning you won't get anything else until it comes time for your turn again. 3. Lottery - pick numbers
Personally I prefer 1 or 2, although if you guys agree on 2, people who buy things regularly will be given lowest priority. I want everyone even f2p people to have a fair chance. Also, there's no reason if you wish to change systems depending on the item as long as the majority agrees.
I'd be interested in the Anger. Other than that, you guys can fight over the rest.
Tv Tropes: my anti-drug. ....it's still an anti-drug if it's just as addictive, right?

i got one literally right after i stopped being f2p. then i traded it for a strange sydney sleeper because it was a hat for the heavy and i never play heavy.
i still want more hat drops.
oh dear god what have i become.
