"Skull Dance" is a reference to the Hollows. "Overtime" is just Word Salad Title. "The Death of Portugas D. Ace" is a reference to an Exactly What It Says on the Tin chapter title from One Piece.
Currently taking a break from the site. See my user page for more information.because it's unexpected and makes no sense, but sounds simple/awesome.
I quite like Skulldance Overtime for a title for the first chapter, actually. Like skulldance as referring to the story of Bleach (the original symbol was the flaming skull, remember?) and Overtime being something along the lines of redux, or director's cut, or Round 2.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyAll great interpretations! I didn't think of most of them myself. The intended meaning was SkullDance for Shinigami/Hollows and Overtime is just because I always thought Rukia got unlucky on a random overtime shift (and because it needed more Word Salad).
I hope I'm not asking too much but does anyone mind if I do the titles? That was rather fun.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI don't mind.
Something I was thinking earlier, I kind of want to do clothing designs if we decide on drawing or commissioning someone. Every now and then, I think to myself: "Self, do you really like your clothes? I think you can design better ones."
The sad, REAL American dichotomyNot all the titles K*Spam. Other people wanna have fun too.
Alright, what we need to start doing is A) Figure out if we're doing the SS arc first or something else and B) start registering to help out with the Wiki. Honestly I can't do the whole thing myself people.

You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person. Here's some more I came up with:
- Bleed Prison Mambo
- Satanist From Heaven
- Can't Face My Black Cloud Time
- Strangedeath Stranglehold
- Hood Sash n' Slash
- Heaven Tears And Demon Teeth
All good, though I read one as "Strangledeath Stranglehold", which I kinda prefer.
Still, every now and then, some make sense or have running themes.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyHmmm. That sounds redundant, but it has a certain charm. And they all have some meaning. I just made them as hard as I could to figure out because I like to mess with everyone
.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialthe chapter that each Vasto Lorde is introduced should be named after a different virtue, opposite their sin. Starting with grand fisher's first appearance before he even becomes a VL
The sad, REAL American dichotomySo are we naming them after sins instead of aspects of death? I can take a crack.
- Hope Heart Chain-Nnoitra
- Love Me Love You World-Take a guess
- Diligence Murder-Stark
- Restrained Giant Fall-Yammy
- Giving To You-Barragan
- Humble Crumble Dance-Grand Fisher
As for any I missed... I got nothing.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialno, I mean instead of "the lust, the greed, The Heart etc.", we would do:
- The Chastity
- The Temperance
- The Charity
- The Diligence
- The Patience
- The Kindness
- The Humility.
Oh. Well... that works.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialSo you guys remember my idea from the Bleach thread that all the Espada would be escapees from hell? Well I had an idea last night that Grand Fisher would break them out, kinda like what Blackbeard did in One Piece. Donning a disguise to make him look like his hollow form again, GF picks a fight with Ichigo and purposely loses in order to be sent to hell for the sins he committed as a human. That happens before our SS arc. During the SS arc is when the jailbreak takes place. Upon arrival he's sentenced to the level of hell where regular hollows are kept, an area that staffs weaker demons to guard it. Dropping his disguise GF breaks his way into where they're keeping the most dangerous arrancar and solicits their help in his scheme (Probably revenge on Ichigo) in exchange for busting them out.
Cut to a short while after the SS arc and a door to hell busts open revealing arrancar Grand Fisher with 6 Espada in tow.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.well, it raises the issue of who would be powerful to kill the VL before the series starts?
also, Grand Fisher purposefully lost to Ichigo so that he could get recruits to help him get revenge on Ichigo for him losing?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyPresumedly the Soul Reapers, maybe using actual tactics or something, took down the VL individually a long time before the plot starts; gives the VL motivation in revenge, sets up the SR is pretty badass and means we can throw foreshadowing in there.
GF's gonna fight Ichigo a few times right? Maybe as he starts to realise Ichigo is getting stronger than him he decides he's gonna need some help...
The Espada being powerful enough to force the shinigami to use tactics... I like. I always thought that the whole point about Vasto Lordes and high level Adjuchas being as powerful or more so than captains never amounted to much.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialWhat I'm thinking for the Espada is to not have them completely cross the Bishōnen Line, but still be somewhat humanoid. Like say they're in their released state all the time. Except for Ruffles. He's creepy enough as it is and him being a giant purple blob all the time wouldn't really work.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person. When you say ruffles I kept reading it as that guy who replaced Grimmjaw for a while, but now I get that you mean the 2-headed bloke...
I like the idea of less human Espada, we could play on their animal themes a bit more I guess.
Remind me which espada we're keeping and I'll sketch up some concepts...
But why? I was never a fan of huge ass monsters, they look impressive but take up too much space. Besides, the Espada's general
◊ appearances
◊ would
◊ already
◊ suggest
◊ that
◊ they're
◊ not
◊ human
◊. Why remove the one thing that lets us sympathize with them? Remove the humanity and you just have more monsters to be mowed down instead of genuine characters.

I feel like I must be out of the loop on something here.
