Let's all moan at one another about how sucky we feel. It can't hurt worse than our sinuses already do!

I've got a runny/stuffy nose and a sore throat to match. I woke up this morning feeling unusually better about it than I had been, thinking, "Hey! Maybe it blew over already...!" Ha. As if. Being able to talk sure would be nice.

Not necessarily sick but my lips have been unbearably dry lately no matter what I do
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper Wall
I've had that problem with my hands, which isn't unusual for winter due to how cold and dry it gets. (Yeah, it's not winter anymore, but spring only began yesterday.)
Other than that, the actual illness I ended up with last week has improved instead of lasting as long as the previous one.

I got a rock for Halloween.Ever since I got diagnosed with asthma I've been hyper-aware of my breathing to the point where even my "normal baseline" (which I've been operating at for 30 years, goddammit) is distressing me.
I mean, it's good that I'm finally able to get a long-standing issue taken care of but GOD I wish my brain would shut up and stop catastrophizing.
So I had another night of expelling disgusting bodily fluids, and I can’t tell if I’ve got food poisoning from one of the pizzas we had for dinner or if I’m sick.
Regardless, my stomach is doing hula hoops around my ass even though there’s nothing left, I’m exhausted and my head and my stomach hurt. In short, I feel like garbage.
Update: Turns out the rest of the family also feel like garbage now. It’s official: We all got food poisoning. One of the pizzas had shrimp and whitefish roe on it, so we suspect it was one of those.

My AO3 profile. Let sleeping cats lie and be cute and calming.I'm scared I might be having a bad reaction to something... or worse. Diarrhoea on and off, tired/light-headed(?), and now my thighs are itching like mad... I hope this isn't what Google search results are telling me it is.

Update: I just took a cough drop, and after the way my allergies were going off lately, it feels like being kissed by an angel.

Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!Pollen count in my area is going up. That explains why my eyes have been so itchy today.
Cold turkey's getting stale. Tonight I'm eating crow.Aw nuts. I took a Claritin earlier this evening like my doctor recommended and my allergies are still going off.

I've been having an intense headache and cold lately... Not sure if it's fever or some kind of withdrawal symptom, but darn if it's annoying.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)I had a headache earlier. Turns out it was because I straight-up forgot to eat today...
Good news was that a roast beef sandwich fixed the problem.
Cold turkey's getting stale. Tonight I'm eating crow.I might have a sinus infection again, between having headaches, earaches, and a runny nose, and just feeling bad in general. I plan to see a doctor about it tomorrow.
I got a rock for Halloween.Saw a doctor, and yeah, it's a sinus infection... again. I was put on antibiotics for it, so I'll be taking that for a while.

I got a rock for Halloween.
Claritin not doing much is why I switched to Xyzal, and my immunologist/allergist ended up saying to use something other than Claritin anyway not long after I switched (Allegra was his first choice for what to use instead of Claritin, but he said Xyzal would be fine since I was already using it), but I'm not entirely sure if it's been a perfect solution, or maybe I just haven't been on it long enough for it to make much of a difference. (Though the fact that I'm dealing with an actual infection right now means it's hard to tell how much of it is that and how much of it is allergies.)

I got a rock for Halloween.I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow because I'm not sure if the sinus infection completely cleared up, considering I still haven't been feeling the best lately.
I got a rock for Halloween.I've been sneezing and I've had postnasal drip for most of this afternoon/evening. I just took some cold medicine, which seems to be helping a little (though right now I'm trying pretty hard to wash down the taste).

I'm having trouble renewing my prescription for my ADHD meds and the psych department is also difficult to get in touch with. I fucking hate this shit.
