Then rest assured that things get even better (and gorier).
I look forward to it.
Also, I'm positive that that blue-haired girl is definitely Noto Mamiko.

I think it's pretty hilarious how much contrast there is between the picture on the Mamiko Noto page and it subtitle.
Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember them, you are not alone. They did a blatant Shout-Out to that in Toaru Majutsu No Index-tan 1.
Lucky Star Episode 19:
Translate the bloody jokes, goddamnit! If I knew Japanese, I wouldn't be watching a translation.
I mean, honorifics? Not a problem. Words that are relevant to anime, and that most people watching something like Lucky Star would already know (like Yaoi)? Keep 'em. Chin-chin? Why the fuck would you not translate something like that?

Went to my first anime con today; did a bootleg cosplay (bootleg because it was an easy one and because I didn't do it perfectly) as Minami Kana (pink shirt and pigtails).
I arrived late so I wasn't able to sign up for the karaoke contest. D:
So many cosplayers, but only three cosplayers really stood out to me: a Saber Alter, Rider and a Teana Lanster (incidentally, she was the only Nanoha cosplayer at the whole con).
I also stupidly forgot to bring a camera. D:

Kanon, episode 22.
Welp. There it is. Tears have yet to be jerked, so...maybe the kicker comes later?
Kyler: A lot of stuff, varying genres, etc.
Nat: It wasn't a reveal when I watched it, since it became obvious as early as Mai's arc when the doctor looks at Ayu funnily, and Akiko previously as well. Add to that that I saw Clannad right before Kanon 2006 and there you go.
In any case, I only cried when Yuuichi and Ayu say goodbye again in the clearing, when the headband thing comes up again.
Mapi: I figured she was in the hospital and either comatose or suffering some sort of full-body paralysis. They provided a good amount of foreshadowing for it at the beginning of the story. I didn't know she was in there because she fell off a huge tree, though.
...Wait, Clannad reused that backstory? O_o

So, list of anime I might possibly be getting for Christmas:
- Dennou Coil as soon as I find an actual release
- Spice And Wolf first season
- Welcome To The NHK
- Ergo Proxy
- Baccano!
- Xam'd: Lost Memories
- Kino's Journey
Yeah. That was totally relevant.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Anyone know where I can find the shopped version of this scene
(danbooru warning, Nayuki arc spoiler), with Akiko throwing the car that was about to crush her? 'Cause I seem to have misplaced the copy I had saved in my hard disk.
Oh well, it's not really that important anyway.

GUNDAMU GUNDAMU

Wikipedia says it's just a rerun with a new OP & ED. Presumably the official site has more info, but I can't read Japanese.
