I like the Luxord one. The Gambler Nobody's a bit weird-looking for a trope primarily about human characters, and the Gambit one is more befitting of Death Dealer.
Oogie is good at full size, but shrunk it becomes much harder to figure out what's going on. The fact that the dice and the wheel are dice and a roulette where are lost thanks to the size and how stylized they are.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickWhat's so bad about Hazard? I actually thought she was the stronger of the two images because of the "old-timey gambler" inspired costume and the surrounding dice imagery.
Jet-a-Reeno!I also liked Hazard better; less hot, but better The Gambler... oh well!
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think Hazard clearly evokes movie gambler/card dealer images like this "Western Gambler" Halloween costume
.
FWIW, I'm not especially wedded to the image or anything, just putting out a couple of possibilities to consider.
Jet-a-Reeno!In the bottom-right corner it says "Art by Todd Mc Farlane"... ouch!
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. The fish nets made me think she was a call girl. Seriously, I thought Bunny Girl Outfit before I though gambler.
Fight smart, not fair.Either the Luxord or Hellsing picture would do nicely; like for Psychic Powers, it's unrealistic to ask for a picture that shows every possible variation on the trope.
