One still has to keep track of what needs to be spoilered and what doesn't, and try and remember where the newer readers are, and if one just uses a blanket "this could be a spoiler!" policy, then technically all discussion should be spoilered.
"Teebs is a total grump, but he's usually right." - NLK...Teebert, you are kind of acting like a jerk here. This isn't spoilering because of someone who needs to read the next ten pages. It's spoilering for people who are binging and participating in the thread.
Read my stories! Here, have a little thing I just made on Trollmegle. I'm Gamzee. I am making this face
from after the second thing. You'll see why.
YOU ARE NOW TALKING TO A RANDOM FUCKASS. SAY SOMETHING, ASSHOLE!

Spoilering the latest pages actually makes sense. Trying to keep up with where a binger is and remembering what things will need spoiling and what won't doesn't. Especially since a discussion thread for something is in all likelihood going to have discussion of not just the latest parts of the work, but earlier parts as well. Going into one saying "GEE WHIZ NO CHANCE IN HELL I COULD BE SPOILED" is rather silly.
Holy crap!
I was rereading The Exile of Borghild Brynlaging, and I realized that the concept of a soul discussed in the story is actually very similar to the dream self in Homestuck!
The kicker? I wrote Exile before I even started reading Homestuck.
With some difficulty, Alaric gave his explanation (though he’s getting better at speaking the true Nordic tongue): “Well, a dream is when your body is asleep but your soul isn’t—so you experience whatever your soul is doing beyond the physical plane. That’s just what I think, I could be wrong.”
“Makes sense to me,” I said, “Go on, Alaric.”
Alaric frowned, and lowered his sword. “Wait, Borghild, are you saying that you’ve never had a dream?”
And I said: “No, I just haven’t had a dream in a very long time, and I’ve forgotten what it’s like.”
He said: “Well, it’s great, usually. You stop living in reality for a while and experience fantasy.”
I: “And what happens when your soul takes your body’s place?”
He: “Then I guess you can’t really dream. ..."
Basically, the soul is like a second body that normally exists beyond the physical plane, and it is the body you walk in when you are dreaming. If you are dead, you can no longer dream because you are now walking in your soul 24/7.

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion. I shall watch down from the goon heavens.Yup. A week without updates. Its only a matter of time before we degenerate into madness and killing sprees. Pretty soon we'll kill some manner of porcine creature and worship its skull. It shall all be very metaphoric.
