Given how mind-bendingly epic Jack:Descend was, I am glad that Hussie is taking a "WHEN IT'S DONE! GOSH!" approach to ending Act 5.
This said, I am finding the relatively slow pace of updates at present a little difficult to deal with. I am thinking that maybe instead of checking it every day I should only read it once a week or fortnight so that I can once again enjoy the feeling of binging on a whole bunch of it at once.
I absolutely loved Homestuck when I was doing an Archive Binge and reading until I can take no more. Hussie's formspring makes it increasingly clear he is all about Writing for the Trade at this point, so it appears that's the way it's meant to be enjoyed.
I certainly hope this doesn't sound like I'm whining about update speed/frequency. Hussie knows better than any of us what the best pace to get this all cranked out is. I'm just pondering out loud what means I can employ to best appreciate his work.
@Ekuran. I find he's about tied with Schlock Mercenary, myself. This said, Howard finds a way to put a joke and a cliffhanger into almost every strip.

Charlie Tunoku is a lover and a fighter.I think Hussie is technically more prolific, but Taylor is more regular.
ERROR: The current state of the world is unacceptable. Save anyway? YES/NOThe really weird one on that list is xkcd, because it doesn't feel like it should work. Homestuck is huge, Girl Genius is huge, 8-bit Theater was huge, Schlock Mercenary is a strip every single day and more on sundays, but xkcd? It feels so small in comparison, not in influence but in the actual amount of content.
Oh and according to Us, MS Paint Adventures is the longest running webcomic in terms of pages or updates. 5000+, over 3000 of which are Homestuck, has pushed it ahead of the former front runner, which was far older.
Charlie Tunoku is a lover and a fighter.Schlock Mercenary gets mentioned in an MSPA thread! Coolness.
Getting to be a regular reader on that got me more into other webcomics, so YEYAH.
Digimon Digital Liveblog by Myself! Yay!So is Hussie agnostic or atheist and does that relate to what he thinks about time travel?
Ruining everything forever.

I also do not have a religion.
If you look closely, you will see these two facts are actually the same fact.
