Wondering if I should go get Ho-Oh and replace my Pidgeot with it on my team for Blue... or do I go full sunk cost fallacy and stick with Pidgeot?

I'd stay stay with the one that brought you to the dance. If Pidgeot put in all the work and got you this far, let it get the glory of finishing the job. Yes, I know it's a replaceable fictional character, one of countless, but still, I've got some sentimentality.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy
You'd be correct. Though I'm actually playing the remake. And yeah, my Pidgeot is currently level 53 from grinding on trainers and whatever I fish up with the Super Rod. I want at least 5 levels over Blue's own Pidgeot going in so that's gonna be a hell of a grind considering it seems to be mostly Chinchou and Lanturn, though at least the occasional Tentacruel gives me better EXP. (Really wish I had a Lucky Egg right about now...)
Well, Paradoxes are not real to begin with, so they're kinda out of the issue since the start.
Also it's possible the guy who imagined them thought of them as ancient, but not dinosaur ancient. Not all extinct animals went extinct in the wild during the dinosaur era.
he's faking it, just another agent of big paradox
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeRecently I heard about how Zacian is incredibly overpowered in not just the mainline games, but also Pokemon GO and especially Unite. At this point all I want to say is: "For 5 minutes, could you stop breaking a metagame... FOR 5! MINUTES!
Nah, not really. There's a Zacian card that works well with Gardevoir, but it doesn't dominate on its own.
Aromatherapy on my Meganium? Could be useful but idk...

FC: SW-1445-0294-1719/PSN: TekkenGirl4Lyfe/Currently playing: Croc: Legend of the Gobbos HDNah, it almost certainly won't come up. Especially since you're what, 7 gyms into Kanto in a Johto game? On the off chance you get hit and you can't afford to risk powering through, you'd be better just using a full heal.
My musician pageWelp, time to go farm that Luvdisc swarm for Heart Scales then so I can teach something else bc I went ahead and did it anyway lmao whoops
EDIT: Double whoops. That's the Move Relearner. Actual tutors are in the Battle Frontier. Doesn't matter since I immediately dropped the remembered move (Petal Dance) for Frenzy Plant upon seeing how powerful it is lmaoooo Blue's Gyarados ain't gonna know what hit it

FC: SW-1445-0294-1719/PSN: TekkenGirl4Lyfe/Currently playing: Croc: Legend of the Gobbos HDI plan to go in with a level 65 team sooo that might make up for it? I dunno I'm just rolling with it at this point I'm literally not even keeping this file once I've beaten Red
Plus even if it doesn't get the one-shot I can bring in my Ampharos for a Thunderbolt.
This is basically me just going "fuck it we ball" and hoping for a quick kill
As I said, I'm not even gonna keep this file once Red is beaten sooo *shrug* If I want a Meganium with a better moveset I can just get a Chikorita from Birch once I'm through Alpha Sapphire. I'm going Cyndaquil on my next SS run.

So what does that say about the Ancient Paradox Pokémon?
