Alright, confess odd things.

For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

Can we make Trope Co sell Trope Food?

INT is knowing a tomato is a fruit. WIS is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad. CHA is convincing people that it does.

Sure, but the thing about cocktails is that they're customarily mixed by hand rather than mass-produced (and the ones that are mass-produced tend to be horrid). So I wanna make the Troper Crush as an actual drink you can mix!

ETA tangentially-relevant-anecdote: I've had friends who've been turned off the Long Island Iced Tea - which is a fantastic drink - forever, because they tried one of the "pre-bottled" ones. I've never encountered a pre-mixed Long Island Iced Tea that wasn't just dreadful.

Confession: I'm jealous of the lead singer from Scissor Sisters (that is, the guy who does lead vocals in this song, at least). I wish I was pretty.

That videoo, and the whole band and stuff had me thinking. I have ahard time finnding my place when it comes to gay culture. I enjoy some Camp mannerism, while sometimes, I thinkg to be gay is to angst, and other times, I kinda just wish I would appear as Straight Gay. but none of those really fit. Can I be Badass Gay?

I'm pretty enough, but I'm also a Gentle Giant which is, understandably, a turnoff for some people.

Heck, I'd try a troper crush. And I don't even drink alcohol!

The majority of works articles I've launched are one or two vaguely normal things (Banjo Kazooie and Brave Story, which isn't well-known in the states but Big in Japan, and Blues Clues. And Brother Bear. ...Hmmmm...) and a whole slew of weird crap. Icycle, Magi Nation, assorted children's fantasy, and who knows what else...

EDIT: Holy crap I did start the Scribblenauts page didn't I! And that was before Post 217 and God vs. Kraken! No wonder that seems so long ago...

I've launched at least one page about a movie it seems no one but my wife and I have watched. Even though it has Ron 'HellBoy' Perlman in it.

Also: The more I grow out my hair, the more I learn the sad, sad truth about Rapunzel Hair. There's no such thing as Rapunzel Hair in Real Life.

An odd confession considering this is the Internet: I tend to be cautious that people might see me as an Attention Whore, and thus I keep talking about myself to a minimum, but at the same time I realize that without Shameless Self-Promotion I don't get noticed as much. I haven't been able to comprehend the ideal balance yet.

I don't want to be seen as an Attention Whore, but I also like getting positive attention for once.

So I don't speak up a lot and my ego suffers because people forget I'm here.

@Jethro: Don't see why not. I mean, logically someone is Badass Gay; look how scared the political Right is of them!

Okay, that was kind of a cheap shot, but yeah. Be who you want to be, believe in me who believes in you, and all that. I can take or leave the camp, myself... I just want to be pretty.

That reminds me of a line that I will be adding to the fanfic.

  • Haruhi and Keiichi are in the middle of attempting to out-ham the other with Hot-Blooded speeches
  • Kyon (narrating): Yeah, yeah, yeah. Pierce the heavens, kick reason to the curb, yadda yadda yadda. Can we get on with it?
