Alright, confess odd things.

For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

Odd confession: I didn't realize Digimon Tamers was all that disturbing. It has been awhile since a watched it though.

Same. I don't remember it being creepy at all. Yet another possibility for the source of my Transformation Fetish though.

My sex drive is more of a "I'm bored without anyone to focus on! I'm gonna go give you some creepy, unintuitive fetishes to compensate! And make you dress up like a flamboyantly gay surgeon! THAT WILL SHOW YOU!"

I haven't watched it far enough to tell what you're talking about... unless it's the biomerges I heard about. I'm not sure how those are all that creepy, but I've heard other aspects of the show are far more so.

The page for it does

"In A World... where those fucking 'Clipsers were right. Yes, it is as disturbing as it sounds..."
Not to mention it apparent has a shout out to H.P. Lovecraft.

"I'm bored without anyone to focus on! I'm gonna go give you some creepy, unintuitive fetishes to compensate! And make you dress up like a flamboyantly gay scientist! THAT WILL SHOW YOU!"

1) Are you sexually aroused by your creepy, unintuitive fetishes? Because if not, I think that's just a case of you thinking it's cool.
2) You don't dress like a flamboyantly gay scientist. You dress like a gender-ambiguous/gender-confused doctor of questionable morality. It's different! grin

The second series Digimon Adventure had a Cthulhu shoutout as well, you know. And what are Eclipsers?

Blackmoon: Not sexually aroused, but it's definitely something more intense than thinking they're cool, akin to a romantic obsession.

Digiclypsers, who believe that Digimon is real.

By the by.

Oh. Yes, the premise is that the show from the first two series is partly real in the universe of the third, true. And it's pretty horrific when taken in context of that, but mostly in a Fridge Logic sort of way. That was apparently one of the darker series of Digimon.

@Imipolex: I've had a dream like that too.

I believed Digimon were real when I was younger.

Confession: Sometimes I wonder if I've been given Victory-Guided Amnesia. For... something.

I should try watching it again. The episodes I had access to were Japanese with no subtitles, though...

This is the only way I know that I actually have some form of sex drive, even if it doesn't pay attention to people. I can say honestly, with dead seriousness, that I can relate to about 90% of whatever turns up in the Fetishes thread, and some things that don't.

Some writing.

I can understand far more fetishes than I myself share. I still can't understand some, of course, and think some are just plain scary.

I'm actually frighteningly vanilla. People have told me that they're surprised I haven't had more partners since I came out.

I want to start an "Ask Zephid" thread, but I simultaneously don't feel like cashing in on someone's else trend and answering people's questions.

Ninja'd. I wonder how a "Don't bother me with your questions!" thread would go.

EDIT: And you stop people from asking by being an insufferable villain.
