Alright, confess odd things.
Excessive complaining isn't allowed anywhere on the site. Keep it out of this thread.
For example, I'm jealous to my big brother becuase he discovered The Smiths first. Dammit, now I can't have a crush for Morrisey without feeling weird about it.

You can't tell the average person that you speak a foreign language without them asking you to say something in it. This is troublesome for me as a French major.
So I like to just totally lie about what the meaning of what I'm saying is.
"Oh, you speak French? Say something!
"
"Ma bite va te détruire; tu ne pourras pas bouger demain."
"Oh, that's lovely! What'd you say?"
"Um... that you're as beautiful as a lily in the morning sunlight..." *
I've had people ask me to say things in turkish.
I only know very basic nouns. Most of them, food.
Read my stories! My interest in French has been renewed. I'm also reminded of a fanfiction I read a while ago.
OC: I can't balance on one foot.
I frequently think about buying some Steam games, preordered, but then I realise that I don't get a hat out of it so I don't.
"I can't imagine what Hell will have in store, but I know when I'm there, I won't wander anymore."Confession: I fucking love the passive voice. I know every writer or professor out there will talk about how horrible it is, but I maintain that sentence construction should not be restricted to specific formulae. I don't use only passive voice, obviously, but I like keeping the option open.
Active voice has its uses, but it often strikes me as blunt and rigid. Passive voice, on the other hand, has a certain poeticism to it, and often feels a lot more natural. Compare a club with a rapier, and you get a good idea of how I see this issue.
Obviously, both voices can be used well or poorly. I just object to the stigma that passive voice seems to hold.

Active Voice: A bear ate Bob.
Passive Voice: Bob was eaten by a bear.
https://www.facebook.com/emileunmedicatedanduncutWhen someone says "I can relate to Suzumiya Haruhi" or "I'm just like Haruhi" I feel a little worried.

It bears mentioning that 2D animation is still incredibly popular, considering the film scene. It just isn't popular in hollywood.
