I've always wanted to try making a homemade smoker to do bacon right, but so much work...! I definitely want to try some of his recipes sometime, though. Mmmm...

Good Eats is badass, and that's all there is too it. Basically, Alton Brown is the reason I know how to cook. I was pretty disinterested until I watched his show and realized there was actually a sort of logical system underlying cooking. Turns out science is delicious! :D
But somehow,◊^^I didn't think it was any kind of system before. I didn't see any sort of logic in cooking until Good Eats explained it to me.
But somehow,◊The nice thing about that You Tube channel is, you can copy the recipes as he goes! :D
