I'm getting a 3DS, because the new Paper Mario game is out and I want it; also, because Fire Emblem Awakening is coming out here in a couple months, and that's also a thing I want to have.
My awesome girlfriend already got me Dawnguard, though.

The only thing I know for sure that I'm getting is the Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus HD collection. It's been a while since everything was a surprise. My family generally considers me hard to shop for.

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Only thing I know for sure that I'm getting is season two of The Big O. Other than that... Not really sure I care, honestly. Recieving presents long since lost its novelty.
You know that viruses attack things based on known vulnerabilities in the specific systems they target. A virus designed to get into a Windows Vista machine isn't likely to get into a Windows 7 machine and vice-versa unless it was made that way, or both share the same security flaw. And it is almost certain it won't be able to infect an MS-DOS machine or a Linux machine, unless it has Wine and can work through Wine alone to do its dirty work.
If you take into consideration that human technology is derived from the tech used to create Megatron and etc then there is a slim possibility that a virus made to infect a human made machine could infect Megatron. If the two techs happen to have the same flaw in them with the same interface to access that flaw. And by Slim I mean winning the lottery twice. First such a vulnerability has to exist on both platforms and second you have to find it.
The same continues to apply to viruses until you get into sufficiently advanced technology or magitech. A point in which a virus to infect it either has magical power to adapt or it is itself a nanobot seeking to infect things made of nanobots or go in and rip apart and put back together the hardware in a machine to take control of it.

Yeah, I mean... Realism doesn't really work in a multiversal crossover, honestly. Unless it was a multiversal crossover geared solely towards people with realistic powers and capabilities, which this is... Not.

I asked my parents for a tea towel because I am the most exciting of people. -n-
My awesome boyfriend already got me Scribblenauts, though.
This is.
