I'd try this some more, but a cat is napping on my desk and one of her legs is hanging right over the numpad. At least she's not pressing random buttons and making strange things happen like she usually does.

I could never get this to work when I was on Windows, and it's too late now.

I guess I'll just have to stick with sad little US-International, so that I have to use AltGr-t instead of some four digit number to get a þ. :/
