I think I've dragged it out for long enough, let's end it here.
(Both of them combatants had earned their fair share of scrapes, and both were approaching the limits of their endurance. Only time would tell who would reach their limit first. The wind picked up, and the human could feel a certain spellcard forming.)
Peerless Wind God...
(The tengu moved with impossible speed, scattering dense danmaku everywhere. The attack wouldn't last long, but the human knew he could still lose, if he wasn't careful.)
(He started grabbing stacks of glass plates from the table, tossing them into the air. As the plates collided with the bullets, they shattered into hundreds of shards, turning them into the airborne equivalent of caltrops.)
Let's see you fly through that.
(Soon the spellcard broke, and the tengu plopped down to the ground, having gained a countless number of cuts everywhere on her body, staining her dress with streaks of dark red. In her weakened state, she was soon subdued with a stream of yellow shots, of a similar kind as that used to stun the fairies earlier that day.)
Sleep well, Aya, or whoever you are. I don't envy the headache you'll have when you wake. Now, to figure out what these suspiciously magical-looking tattoos are...
(After binding the tengu's hands and feet (and, for good measure, wings) with some rope, he dispelled the stone wall blocking the door, and carried her out of the dining hall, in the direction of the library.)
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...(Tewi, Reisen and about 30 rabits stop about 30 meters from the man with the pistol. Ten of the rabits start making pit traps while Reisen lays out the plan to the rest.)
Reisen: Okay, we're only dealing with one man, albeit one with a gun. You five, head straight for him. While he's distracted, the rest of you tackle him from behind and take his gun. Remember, we're just capturing this guy for questioning, not trying to kill him.
(The bunnies move out.)
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too cramped(Behind the man, Tewi's team prepares)
Random Rabbit #1: He hasn't lifted the pistol yet. Do we go?
Tewi: ...stick with the plan.
(The ambush team strikes. Most of the rabbits go for the legs, while a few try to tear the gun away)
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too cramped*"You're not good at welcoming lost foreigners, huh?"*
-There is a blur of motion as the man kicks out, catching one of the youkai square in the chest, sending him flying, while at the same time sweeping the pistol across roughly head-level for the remaining four; he then fires his gun in the air-

"He could not know it. For it was not all a joke."(Everybody freezes, except for Reisen. She, seeing that the element of surprise is lost, addresses the man)
Reisen: We merely thought that you should stay with us for a while before you venture out.
-beat-
Reisen: We also expected that you wouldn't recognize that we were acting in your best interests, so we acted accordingly.
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedHm? It's an odd time to be shooting fireworks, isn't it? It's not even near sunset yet.
(With Aya still in his arms, he made his way downstairs towards the library. He didn't bother knocking—he had his hands full anyway.)
Miss Patchouli? Are you in here? I have something interesting you might want to take a look at!
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...-the man quirks his lip; otherwise his expression is unchanging-
*"You regularly try to mob visitors? With the most ''obvious'' posse on Earth? In fetish wear?"*
-the gun is lowered; the man looks slowly round until he spots Tewi-
*"Not wise. Let's try again: Without further incident, can you get my luggage and myself over to Gensokyo?"*

"He could not know it. For it was not all a joke."(All the exertations of Yarrun have resulted in...5 meters of movement.)
Must...keep...moving...
(Yarrun hears Kyler's voice ring out.)
Kyler! Hey, Kyler! Help me out, man!
Elsewhere
(Koakuma creeps out of hiding before Meiling can answer)
Koakuma: Oh, Meiling! Thank goodness you're alright! Sakuya and Patchouli were dealing with the faeries, and they went these ways.
(Koakuma points down two separate hallways)
Koakuma: They aren't back yet, and I'm getting worried.
Elsewhere
(Tewi and Reisen argue by themselves for a minute)
Tewi: I dunno, I still don't feel like we should let him go yet.
Reisen: Tewi, look. Everybody's still tired from dealing with Medicine. Just let him go
(They return to the man with the gun)
Reisen: Since you insist, yes, we'll get you to the village.

you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedYarrun? Where are you?
(As soon as he said that, he realized that he already knew the precise location, just from hearing the distress call. When he copied Aya's abilities, it had also copied her acute sense of hearing. He rushed towards the sound of the voice, arriving in just a little more than a second afterwards.)
Oh, here you are. What happened to you, outnumbered by fairies or something?
(Putting Aya down, he gets to work untying yarrunmace's restraints.)
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Koakuma. Fricking Koakuma. Ugh, I can't believe she got me again.
(I rise to my feet, rubbing my wrists)
And this rope burn isn't going to go anytime soon.
-beat-
Hey, have you seen Patchouli anywhere? I figure she's tied up somewhere in here, like I was.
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedWhat's up with the tattoos? Eh, nevermind, we'll get Patchy to look at it.
(I quickly grab Kyler and run to the northwest corner)
Elsewhere
(Meiling rushes down the left pathway, where Patchouli's supposed to be. Koakuma stays behind.)
Koakuma: Shall we go, human?
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedWhoa, hey!
(He jumps off, speeds towards Aya, picks her up, and carries her with him, returning to where he left yarrunmace.)
I'll be damned if I let her out of my sight again! You realize how much trouble I had to go through to chase her down?
(And with that, he continues towards the barely audible cry.)

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...-Aya?Makuta continues through the Forest of Magic, leaving a bloody gory trail behind him. Also trailing after him are some Youkai that have some crudely carved blood runes in their skin. These carvings would be done better, and thus allow greater control, once Aya?Makuta was back at his 'base-of-operations' so to speak. Even said base was actually the now abandoned Kappa Village, due to him slaughtering just about everyone in there. And the Youkai following him also wasn't that great of a number, due to Aya?Makuta killing about 20 youkai for everyone that he forcefully 'bound to his will.'-
-Anyway, he was about half-way done now. And he still had plans for the captured. Curse Goddess Hina once he got back.-

(Koakuma trails after Att, carefully considering her options.)
Koakuma: Good. I thought the human was catching on for a moment. Now, if he came with the first human, he must be pretty good at surviving. Perhaps a well-placed knife to the back? Hmm...yes. But not yet. We have to get further from Meiling first.
Elsewhere
(We find Patchouli tied up next to a desk. Her grimoire lies open on the desk. However, it's covered in a black aura, as are Patchouli's bindings. It may be difficult to cut them off. However, the cloth gag has no aura. The black and red grimoire lies to the side of Patchouli, covered in a thin shell of glowing metal.)

(8 of the rabbits, sullenly, take up the travel box and head off in the direction of the Human Village.)
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too cramped

However, due to the nature of the blood runes carved into Aya's skin, she would (unwillingly in mind, but not in body) under her own power continue until her 'mission' was completed, or killed.
