Generic, but Private Jackson as the designated marksman.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing.Ray is the Communications Officer (his nominal job in First Recon, despite actually spending all of his time driving the truck). Just imagine him making all his radio reports in that Ripped Fuel flow of consciousness way of his.

A minor interruption of your silliness:
DoD: No Timeline on Opening Online Exchange to Vets
"The Army and Air Force Exchange Service proposal to extend exchange online shopping benefits to honorably discharged veterans is being worked and continues to make progress through the Defense Department, said Air Force Maj. Ben Sakrisson, a Defense Department spokesman. "However, we are unable to specify a date when the department will make a decision on the proposal. As these recommendations are pre-decisional, it would be inappropriate to say anything more."
The proposal, originally submitted to the Do D by AAFES in spring 2014, also has the support of the Marine Corps and Navy Exchange services. It would allow all honorably discharged veterans to make purchases on the exchanges websites. It would not grant access to brick-and-mortar exchange stores, gas stations or Class Six locations.
Despite what some sites and liberal rags believe
, things like golf courses, concerts and other fun events are funded by the "profits" from the base exchanges. The reason this proposal is being put forth is to pump money due to force cutbacks. Fewer active duty shopping hits the brick and mortar profits. And yes that includes golf courses.
I hate golf, a good walk spoiled, but a lot of families and soldiers from all ranks love to play. One barracks rat I knew had a $2,000 set of clubs.
I hope this goes through, not because I salivate at the low, low prices for computer parts, but also because that money helps brighten the days of families. A concert, reading and outdoor activities for the kiddies, golf courses, swimming pools and other things for military families and single Joes on post.
There is BOSS (Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers) and now there is BOSP (Better Opportunities for Single Parents). The military changes with society, I can't wait for the first on post pride parade, Pride days are already marked on post calendars.

RE: Discharge as an E-6 in eight years in the Navy. It's possible, but not likely. The Navy has a slower promotion system than the Army. Even with SEAL teams. BUD/S is the start not the end of training. In Rouge Warrior, Marcinko wrote that it took two years for a SEAL to pass all qualifications and be vetted as a SEAL. Someone could just ETS (end their contract), but they'd be unlikely to make E-6 in eight years and be fully qualified.

It's a logistics agreement.
What India is currently working on with the US is anti-submarine warfare.
