Hm. My dreams are more like 3-4 separate experiences, but they overlap. Example: I dreamt I was running through a desert, with giant eyes opening up in the sand, and I started sinking into a pupil, screaming in fright.
At the same time, I was also in a forest, spearing dinosaurs and cougars through the head, until I met a giant spider that captured me, hung me from a tree, and tortured me.
While both of these were happening, I was in a city underwater, feeling all the pain of drowning, but never actually dying.
Oh, yeah. I had that nightmare I was hoping for a couple nights ago.
Ecstasy is Sustained IntensityI've noticed, a lot of my dreams recently involve me accidently bringing about the end of the world somehow... Maybe I should stop reading so many stories by HP Lovecraft.
It would be a lot easier for me if you imagine there's something funny or interesting here.I hijacked a ship going to Liberia.
I'm not entirely clear on the details why, but I'd been visiting a very red, and disorganised college or educational facility of some sort, in an unspecified North African country.
But I did something wrong, and upset LOTS of people, and so I had to do a daring escape through the windows. Even in my dreams, I remembered that jumping through glass is hazardous, and threw someone else through first, to make sure it was safe (or just because I'm a bastard like that).
But then, while on the ship, I discover an old school friend is also stowing away on there. A bizarre conversation follows, where he charges me with stealing some toy from him when we were seven, which led to a great chain of events that destroyed his social group and family, ruining his life (in fact, upon waking up, I realised I didn't even know the person in my dream, not did I steal any toy from anyone when I was seven) and then attacked me. I had to talk him down from it several times, but the last time he just got too wound up, and tried to strangle me, so I had to throw him over the side, and threaten to harpoon him.
I don't remember much else, except landing in Liberia and having my stolen boat stolen from me. And police looking for me.
Recently I dreamed that the Great Old Ones were playing paintball. Yeah, that's what they've been waiting all these aeons for. A paintball game. The End of the World as We Know It was inadvertent. They barely noticed human civilization. It just happened to be in the way. So, I spent much of the dream cowering in the ruins with a bunch of strangers. We were in a low-lying area, so we were worried about tsunamis and floods of paint from giant paintballs.
I'm reaching for the random or whatever will bewilder me. —Tool, "Lateralus"I dreamed last night about an old folk tale about a snow man who took off his head and rolled it down a hill. The head collected so much snow it became a sentient mountain. Then they made a wiki about the tale, and the wiki eventually grew so big it also became sentient.
Not actually back.I had a dream where I was a Dungeons And Dragons Player Character...
... In a Call Of Cthulhu campaign setting. My attempts at being Genre Savvy turned out to be disastrous to both myself and the entire world. Oops.

It would be a lot easier for me if you imagine there's something funny or interesting here. The night before last night, I dreamed I was cyber-dating... somebody. I don't remember the name.
Last night, I had a dream that I only vaguely remember, but it involved two things:
- Beatmania IIDX, which I have never played. The version in my dream was pretty much DDR with a silver color scheme for the interface.
- The lover from the night before.
Continuity? In my dreams?
Ok, I had a doozy. I was going to a party with my school friends, and it was in Manhattan. I left them at the party, and took a bus home. Instead of going home, I ended up at the movie theater. Then I tried to teleport (I don't know why or how I have the power in this dream) and ended up on top of a skyscraper, dangling by a curtain I was holding. I was on top of Wikipedia somehow. I lost my grip on the curtain and fell off Wikipedia Building, and woke up as I was going down.

Okay, so Thursday night I dreamt of my old HS crush. The backstory here is that I've missed her for years and want to be friends again, but for various reasons it just just hasn't happened; even my dreams tended to conspire against me, devolving into nightmares where I lost my schedule and had to wander between classes aimlessly, or just couldn't find her because she'd gone home already, or something.
This was different. It's also the most positive dream I've had about her in years.
I dreamt that she and her family (her husband, at least) had come to visit me, and she was very happy to see me. She even gave me a big hug. She reminded me that a romance was, obviously, out of the question, but I responded that I didn't mind, I was just glad to see her again. :D
Other odd things: 1) They arrived in a converted MCI motor coach. Why would they do that? 2) And why were they staying in my house if they had the RV? 3) My house was a composite of the one I lived in during HS, and the one we just moved from in 2007. Weird.
Then last night, I had another weird dream about her. Apparently she'd ended up on the cast of Scrubs somehow, and I was obsessing about it the same way I'd usually obsess about things in one of my daydreams. I also dreamt that ABC made my mattress. I know they were a pretty big conglomerate after the Capital Cities buyout, but that's just ridiculous.

online since 1993 | huge retrocomputing and TV nerd | lee4hmz.info (under construction) | heapershangout.comI had a dream that I got a full-sleeve tattoo done. And it was too bright for my tastes.
"what the complete, unabridged, 4k ultra HD fuck with bonus features" - Mark Von LewisMy dream that I had last night is more horrifying than weird, but here it is...
Me, my mother, and my grandmother were at the mall for some reason. I think we were going to JC Penny's or some such store. As we walking along the second floor I was filled with a desire to jump off it. It was a hideous feeling in my hands and arms and I was bothered by images of me flinging myself to my doom as I walked along.
I started to panic and grabbed grandma's arm to try and keep mysef from doing anything dumb. We went into a store and then I woke up.
The worst thing about this dream is I had no idea if it was dream or not. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary and I do feel like that when high up. Everything looked and felt real. I really thought I was going to die.
If someone wants to accuse us of eating coconut shells, then that's their business. We know what we're doing. - Achaan ChahI don't remember much of my dream, but the gist of it was this: I somehow managed to die, and was now an angel (with wings suspiciously close to a Daeva's). For one part of the dream, I spent a large amount of time trying to figure out how to stop flying so I could walk normally. After having figured that out, things kind of became stupid(er).
First off, I decided to visit a friend of mine. Because that's what you do when you die, obviously. I pretty much just gorged myself on kettle chips around him because 'flying takes a lot of energy'.
Then, I was informed by my parents that my friend died (apparently, NOTHING changes when you die other than growing a cool pair of wings). So I went and talked to him (NOTHING!). Apparently he died after crashing his car while 'coming up with a new game' (he liked to make car games, I guess? Instead of paying attention to the road?). This was kind of odd, because he was wearing a motorcycle helmet. All in all, he seemed pretty nonchalant about having died in a car crash. His parents were just mildly mad that he died, too... Although, I guess it makes sense that that would be the case, when death just makes you able to fly.
Oh, and apparently we also had collars that, if removed, caused us to disappear.

I had a dream where I was a member of the digi-destined. My digimon partner was phlebotimon and my crest was the crest of Narm.
I don't remember much of the original show (I was, like, 11 when I waatched it), but that is damn accurate to what I can recall.
Also, I think TV Tropes might be becoming too prominent in my dreams lately.
It would be a lot easier for me if you imagine there's something funny or interesting here.I had a dream that I wanted to start playing World Of Warcraft again. I was conflicted with the desire to play World Of Warcraft and the desire to stay the HELL away from that version of digital crack.
I was busy telling myself that my mother wouldn't pay to open my account again when I woke up.
I am quite certain that this is just a normal dream and means nothing. At the same time I find it fun to entertain the idea that Blizzard is trying to brainwash me and others with dreams and subliminal messages because they want to have a monopoly on the MMORPG market and take over the world.

I dreamed that there was a new dramedy on TV called 50-50 Rebirth. The premise of the show is that when a person dies, his/her soul does not experience either salvation or damnation. Instead, it is analyzed for a special symbol—a star inscribed within a circle—and split in half. The half that has the symbol (if there is one) goes on to live the afterlife based on the symbol's presence, along with the soul's morals and achievements, while the other half is sent to a factory that processes soul remnants with overhang tubes, put in boxes, and shipped out to industries which reform the processed remnants into organic material (including other people's bodies). Eventually, the after-living half-soul will bond with another soul, usually the person's opposite sex unless they have other sexual preferences, and become a whole soul to inhabit a newborn person, usually one that had the "lost" half of one soul.
Oh, and in the only religion that is aware of that, the priest is a white teen male with a tattooed right palm, wearing a white tee and sporting a camera. The evangelist is a Billy Mays Expy, and one of the half-souls being processed was once a notable superhero/film star named "Sexy Tuesday" after his first movie, where he showed off his Green Lantern / Blob Monster / Sex Symbol powers.
No, I have never taken drugs before dreaming of this, why do you ask?

"But the burning in your heart I did not put there...." - The MegasSeveral times recently... Dreamed I was grinding my teeth together in a most unpleasant manner and could not physically stopped myself. The most disturbing one was when I dreamed I was grinding them together, could not stop, and one fell out of my mouth, and I spent some half-hour bleeding from where the tooth used to be...
...I had to check my mouth when I woke up to make sure my teeth were all there, and that it was a dream and only a dream... :|
Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink. Good luck.

I had a dream that I was going through my mail. The fact that I was doing so itself is odd because I almost never get mail. Anyways inside one letter with no sender there was twenty five dollars split up into two tens and a five and a check for $770 and a photo that was obscured the way plot relevant photos are obscured in movies. I wondered why somebody would send me such an exact amount of money and a photo I could only look at out of the corner of my eye.
That was pretty much it. I might get lucky and get a continuation, cause sometimes my dreams do that. Otherwise all I got was a plot bunny to base a story off of.
