Is Tao
But enough off-topic links.
Do you think it vibrates?
I have a message from another time...No. Because Goku literally says that it's the bleeding effect of Super Saiyan 3 that did it. He's only ever used the form before while dead so he didn't realize how extensive the drain would be on a living body. He made a mistake and he acknowledges it.
We previously see how devastating the bleeding effect is with Gotenks, when he unexpectedly loses his fusion after only five minutes because Super Saiyan 3 chewed up his fusion time.
That's sorta the point of Super Saiyan 3. It's a big uber-transformation that's Awesome, but Impractical. As others have pointed out in the past, if you can't defeat a foe within a few seconds at x400 power, you probably couldn't have beaten them anyway. But you're not really getting x400 because of the form's massive, well-documented drawbacks.
You get a bunch of power, but not as much as advertised and you immediately begin losing it at such a rapid pace that even left to your own devices to charge ki with nothing else acting on you, you're still hitting a negative gain. The form is really only useful in short bursts, and it's an all-or-nothing gamble. If it doesn't work out, you'll be too drained to try anything else.
Which, again, is why any form that even so much as matches Super Saiyan 3 while fixing the stability problems the form has would be, in and of itself, a vast improvement. Any amount of extra power is just a bonus.

Taopaipai is definitely a pick I can get behind. If any character really kicked off the manga's transition into more serious action-driven carnage, it's him. The only thing funny about him is his design - the bright pink outfit with KILLYOU on the back. He is a no-nonsense assassin who posed a serious, deadly threat to Goku for the first time in the series. Honorable mention to General Blue.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. They might still be. Tao's sorta his own deal from the RRA. He's a contractor who took over the arc for a few chapters by being super-competent, but he breaks ranks from the rest of the RRA arc in terms of tone, capability, brutality, etc.
He's like the Ginyu Force in that regard. While, yes, he's technically affiliated with the villains of the piece, he's really more of a mini-arc unto himself.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Tao's deserves the spot.
Whether the rest of the army will have it's place on the list remains to be seen.
One Strip! One Strip!I just found this
on the site. The video has no comments yet, so I assume it's very recent (though the fact that it doesn't show up in the episode lists also contributes). Of note, the way they talk about both Beerus and Frieza as recurring characters and motivates Beerus' inclusions with how his portrayal in Super is different from his portrayal in Battle of Gods pretty much confirms Beerus' inclusion in the regular list.
Well they outright called him as the Franchise' best villain during their previous DB Cember, so we know he's in first place.
Beerus likely is in the top 3. They listed Battle of Gods as the best film, and the entire reason they gave for that WAS Beerus (and Whis)..
@ Arha: I wouldn't be surprised if the RRA scores higher for a few reasons:
- First Knight of Cerebus in the work. Up until them the most menacing character was Pilaf.
- While Tao was definitely separate from the RRA, the truth is he wouldn't have gotten involved with the plot if it weren't for the RRA. Given the way this list has been going, that's pretty major.
- They tied into Dragon Ball Z in a big way, whereas Tao sorta fades into irrelevance after DB. I think he may have been in a DBZ episode? Yet the RRA causes a major arc.
Don't get me wrong, I think Tao should be higher than the RRA. But given the way they've been ranking these, it would honestly surprise me if he was.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I just realized the in the latest episode, Dende lampshaded the fact that the Cell Arc is an Idiot Plot by calling the characters "a cavalcade of f*ck-ups."
...That's not lampshading anything.
And Idiot Plot or not, everything that happens totally makes sense for the characters involved.

I mean. Character wise most of the forms of Buu are pretty lacking.
...I can see Buu being the bottom of the top five. If that. Like. Definitely top ten, but.
Like, Buutenks and Buuhan were basically just Perfect Cell again in terms of attitude and arrogance and everything.
Kid Buu was fun in his own way, with the way he was still childish and giggly and everything (in the anime) but we was still basically just mindless "rar, destroy".
...Baseline Super Buu is my favorite because of the way he's intelligent in a really brutish, thugish way.
Like, when told to spend time getting the remaining humans, he does the Human Extinction Attack in what is one of the more horrific (but impressive) examples of Cutting the Knot I've seen.

Isn't that usually the case for an Idiot Plot?

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. For the Top Ten, Freeza, Cell, Buu, Beerus, the Ginyu Force, and King Piccolo are shoe-ins. I'm gonna guess that the other Androids might show up too, possibly as their future versions from History of Trunks, and maybe Vegeta might be there too, I dunno. At this point I can't see the Red Ribbon Army showing up.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?![]()
When people use Idiot Plot, they generally seem to be thinking about characters making stupid decisions they should obviously no better than to do, but that doesn't really apply here.
Vegeta letting Cell absorb 18 to have better fight is completely in character for him at that stage. He was so high on himself he didn't think he could lose.

Most of these villains are lacking in personality when you think about it. It hasn't really been much a detriment except for the ones who really had nothing else going for them.
