Wasn't really trying to complain about him (My Pope hat jokes should indicate I wasn't fully serious), but I see your point.
Fortunately, Vegeta being stabbed has given us a new topic. I know they clearly switched the scenes around, but seeing Goku and Trunks so casual about him being stabbed is pretty damned hilarious.
Goku's line (and I'll let you all debate which one I'm talking about because it's funnier) sums things up so well.
One Strip! One Strip!Double post.
I know that they won't do Super (too early anyway) but seeing their little clips of some scenes, I'm rather curious as to how they'd handle a lot of the stuff in both Battle Of Gods, Revival of F, and the Dragonball Super versions as well.
Shame we probably won't ever see it.
One Strip! One Strip!Yeah, but I'm just talking about using animation from the Battle of Gods version of SS3 Goku vs Beerus to patch up the animation in Super's version of that fight, or combining the movie and show versions of SSG Goku vs Beerus and SSG Goku vs Freeza to make the best possible version of each fight. I think that Super did some things better than the movies did.
Before World's Strongest I wanted to see how Gohan would verbally rip the science behind Cell's existence apart.
After World's Strongest, I want to see them get into another slam match about good and bad scientific accomplishments.
I loved the setup of Freeza counting all of the lines he's heard before, and how Goku uttered something so incomprehensible Freeza had never heard anything like it before. Freeza's comeuppance was that compared to everybody else he'd faced, Goku deflected every barb Freeza threw at him.
But Gohan's smart enough to actually pick up on all of Cell's weaknesses and cut him off mid-sentence by calling him out on them. After seeing how Cell demolished Vegeta and Trunks ("you're either perfect, or you're not me!") his comeuppance is going to be a roast.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I'd love for Gohan, in his sinister stint of super saiyan sadism, to do a Terry McGinnis-esque dressing down of all of Cell's obsessions and flaws despite his claims to perfection. Maybe top it off with an accusation that deep down Cell is insecure about measuring up to Goku no matter how strong he gets, only to fall short against his son.
