I like to think that Grade II is a 75x multiplier while Grade III is a 100x multiplier but is hindered by the insane energy consumption as well as the loss of speed.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!It could be that Final Flash follows rules that energy beams seemed to have in the past
about how they were of a higher powerlevel than a fighter at his base
It might have killed cell, but Vegeta would have needed to hit every part of him.
With the narrower beam, that might not have worked (But narrowing it did probably add more umph to the blast)
I love how bad Vegeta's aim is.
Although contrary to what Cell implies, I'm pretty sure the Beam Spam thing actually kinda worked against Zarbon. Not that Cell would know that. Or care.
...Also, 16 was standing right behind Cell when Vegeta fired, how did he live through it?

Know what I would've genuinely liked to have seen?
An arc on Kami's predecessor, possibly with focus on the Nameless Namekian and Garlic Sr. I think that'd be super interesting for a special.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Cell dodged at the last minute. Android 16 clearly moved out fo the way while Vegeta was charging. The Final Flash missed the planet because Vegeta curved it away from the planet after it hit Cell.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I'm not entirely sure why Vegeta flew up into the air. To me that seems like a bad idea?
Like, I think that beam was tall enough to be visible from space, and the height of it was. I dunno. I wanna say at least a mile? I'm not good at that sort of math. Someone take a screenshot and compare the size of the Final Flash to the size of the Earth. Then calculate that shit.
Granted, we don't know the exact dimensions of Dragon Ball's Earth, but I'd hazard a guess that they're at least comparable to our Earth.
Either way, the Final Flash was big enough that missing with it seems. Unlikely.

Episode 52.
Unless that's what people are talking about already. Then, repost for those who don't know.
I was really hoping the final flash would blow up another planet in the post-credits scene. Maybe Frieza Planet 419.?

But anyway, question for Saiga, Vegeta theoretically could have killed Cell with the Final Flash if he'd actually hit Cell's whole body with all of it, right?
Just checking.
