It's not like Super has any redeeming qualities that'll make it worth abridging, anyway. So I'm not disappointed.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerThey'll probably have to change the title because quite a few inferior amateur projects have already taken "Dragon Ball Abridged" and "Dragon Ball GT Abridged".
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerYeah. You only have to worry about competition if you don't feel confident that you will immediately win that competition.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Speaking of animation errors, at the very start of Cell's song
you can see that while Cell is moving the clouds of dust he kicked up are frozen in place somehow. Makes me wonder if that was a mistake in the source material and they couldn't do anything about it. They're usually better about this kind of stuff.
Also, that sound Cell makes when he puffs out his chest is both squicky and awesome.
Dead Zone original is cool, is probably is the only early DBZ movie I like.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.@ Demongodofchaos2 : You DID watch Happiness Charge last year, right? Because I wouldn't qualify Precure as "having the best animators". It was literally only this season and Heartcatch in 2010.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Yes.
They still do, at least compared to the other shows airing at the same time.
Go Princess also has a lot of Web Gen animators as a part of the franchise for the first time, and it shows.
Watch SymphogearIt could be worse, Super could be animated like the original Futari Wa Pretty Cure series...
Although I would love to see any Super fight be as technical as Black vs White in the movie.

Why they dropped the "non-profit" part of the disclaimer.
Lots of exposure.
They've mentioned this before, but people sometimes don't notice or know about these things I've noticed.
Also stuff about parody
and reliance on Toei
and things.
Dammit no.
I hope he's kidding.

Washington got hit by a 4.8 magnitude earthquake.
Takahata101 lives in Vancouver, according to the cast page.
What I'm confused about is that I thought they all moved to a centralized location?

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! One of the reasons Kaiser's mentioned he did everything by himself before they started the Patreon is that he didn't feel comfortable asking people to help him with things when he couldn't pay them.
What with it taking time from their schedules and everything.
Which resulted in a very stressed out and overworked editor.

I think I recall Kaiser saying something in the past about having an understanding with Toei where the company is cool with what they're doing and isn't going to slap them with a Cease or Desist order or anything as often happens to popular fanworks, but has requested that they stay away from the new material. Battle of Gods and the like.
So I'm not surprised to hear Super isn't going to happen for a very long time if ever.
