I don't feel uncomfortable about how Team Four Star is handling the Android Saga. It's all been consistently funny to me.
Well yes. He'd have to destroy her. Probbly blow her up or something.
Wait, could Cell still become perfect if she was deactivated? What if she was dead but still intact? What is necessary?
I think the increased darkness is related to the series itself getting darker around this point. Like, the bit where Cell absorbs that rich guy is perhaps the most disturbing bit in the whole series.

I don't think he ever uses that, so you know.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I like a lot of 18's dialogue in this episode in general. Like how she's outright appalled that Vegeta would let someone be murdered just for his own amusement, and shocked that 16 asks if she would. Or how she actually thought keeping around her detonator just in case was actually a good idea. And she's practically the only other person (in Abridged anyway) besides Gohan who appreciates it when Krillin gives his help even though he's too weak to do much.
Canon 17 and 18 turned out to be pretty decent people, in a Mr. Vice Guy sense, but TFS really surprised me with how almost good the both of them turned out in Abridged. Right before being absorbed, of course, but still.
I wonder if they're going to do a joke about how the dub screwed up the whole thing with 17 getting brought back. Now that's a Take That! to the dub I can get behind.

Krillin pissed off everyone in this episode.
I really think this is gonna end with Trunks having a massive Broken Pedestal for the entire group.
I mean, they've mostly been a bunch of morons, with a few exceptions. This incident is really gonna have him looking at all of them very differently. Not just his dad.

One Strip! One Strip!I imagine it would freak him out a little, but by this point he understands that his timeline and the one he's in have completely changed, and that the Android 17 and 18 of his world are not the same ones in this world.
One Strip! One Strip!
Could happen, but it's unlikely.
More likely, he's take out his frustration on the more deserving future versions.
One Strip! One Strip!

I think that might be exactly the problem I have with Abridged Cell, really.
Compare Abridged Frieza, who's pretty much a Saturday Morning Cartoon villain in how openly evil he is. There was a certain charm to him. Abridged Cell is too cold, too sociopathic, and too realistic to be funny to me. Some Anvils Need to Be Dropped, yeah, but even those can get unbearably heavy when they're unwanted.
