I mean, one of the things Goku says to Gohan about mastering the Super Saiyan is that part of the point is to "work on getting rid of that instability... that restless feeling"
Super Saiyans are normally always drawn with angry eyes and eyebrows until Goku and Gohan figure out mastering it and making it like their normal state. Then they can have normal expressions and aren't just really intense and glaring and pissed off at the world all the time.
...And, like.
When Gohan becomes a Super Saiyan 2 the first time.
Seriously, I think Gohan might legitimately be the scariest thing in the series during that moment. The way he toys around with Cell, when even Goku gets frustrated because Gohan isn't finishing Cell off, but still too scared of his own son to do anything about it.
I mean, yeah, Vegeta's always kind of a dick.
But Trunks seems to tend to be more reckless a lot of the time. He beats up Vegeta and hits him and blasts him away in an attempt to stop Cell from absorbing 18, he charged headlong at 18 to save Vegeta earlier and only ended up getting Tapion's sword broken in the process.
Pretty sure Goten and Trunks have mastered Super Saiyan themselves. At least. I think they have.

So then our sample pool is comically small. Because if we're discounting Vegeta, Goten, and Young Trunks, we've just got already pissed off Goku and Gohan. And yes, they've got angry eyes because the only time we see them they are right pissed off. Like I said, cause and effect. They're not angry because they're Super Saiyans, they're Super Saiyans because they're angry.
I don't think Goku's ever used the Kaioken with a smile, but no one considers that a Superpowered Evil Side. Because he uses it when he's serious.
And Trunks' actions very much run contrary to "Super Saiyans are blood knights and angry." He's being very pragmatic because he knows Vegeta is... Vegeta.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I mean, every character that's a Super Saiyan but hasn't mastered it has the angry eyes all the time.
Like, yeah, the former is from when Goku is going to fight 19, so yeah he's powering up, but he's not really that mad about it per se. "Hey, this weird doll clown wants to kill me and I don't want him to".
...And, again, Goku specifically mentions the emotional instability and "restlessness" of being a Super Saiyan when he and Gohan start trying to master it. In addition to the energy drain. Like, it's specifically mentioned in the manga and all dubs I know of the anime.
Like, Super Saiyan is caused by anger but it also reinforces it.
Like. Almost like starting a car. It takes bit to get the ignition going but once it starts going it can keep on going until you run out of gas.
...Which also applies to the energy drain, to an extent.

You know, Kaiser's weeaboo tendencies are really starting to grate on my nerves.
Japanese attack names, understandable though I personally disagree.
The Take That, Audience! at people who use the English spelling for Frieza, bit of a dick move.
GoKOO and "Hija Dragon" (seriously, Icarus is a character they don't even like! Why is he insisting on the "proper" name for him?) just makes me want to go "Alright, we get it, you're from Space Japan!"
Kaiser says GoKOO during episode breakdowns, let's plays, and anything that's not the show itself. He insists on Hija Dragon instead of Icarus in the DBCember videos for the past two days.
Kuririn.
I mean, yeah, it looks like garbage. But I imagine you say it like it looks.
My various fanfics. The difference between the pronunciation of "Kuririn" and "Krillin" is actually rather small. And yes, I can say it but I'm actually learning Japanese.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The Japanese "r" sound is rather similar to the Spanish one, yes.

As for present Goten and Trunks, they stand out in other ways besides that.
