Well, Piccolo can connect to the internet with his antennae.
@ Handsome Rob: And since we're beating that old horse again, I'll be my one track minded self and again point out that one thing was planned in Dragon Ball: Gohan taking Goku's place.....until Toriyama changed his mind.
Incidentally, someone's been going around the DBZ pages and deleting mention of that, saying it's an urban legend. Most prominently here

For instance, Gohan taking Goku's place was planned at least as far back as Goku and Gohan training in the RoSaT but there's no evidence it was planned any further back than that. Up until that point, Gohan was just another one of the supporting cast. He had a cool trick that he would bust out in fights but it rarely contributed much of anything. It's popular to say that Gohan's been the main character of the series since Raditz arrived, but there's no real evidence of this; he was just one of the ensemble of guys that get their asses kicked until Goku shows up.
Meanwhile, on the other side of it, it's true that Gohan was supposed to remain the main character right up until the point when Ultimate Gohan battled Super Buu and Toriyama decided he didn't really like Gohan as The Hero that much and wanted Goku to have his torch back. However, it's often claimed that Toriyama was caving into pressure from the fandom to make Goku the main character, which is patently untrue. Much like the "Toriyama was forced to continue by his editors" rumors at the end of every single arc in the series, saying he was forced to make Goku the main character is just a way of lending credibility to a dissenting opinion by saying, "The author REALLY agrees with me, they just MADE HIM do the other thing."

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Super Android 13's appearance reminds me of Oni from Street Fighter. They're both buff and blue with Vegeta's 'do, but red.
When Team Four Star reach the Bojack movie, I wonder if they'll keep his current characterization, or give him a new one since in the movie he'll be more than just a funny pirate line or two from offscreen whenever they go to King Kai's planet. I'll be disappointed if Cell Cellf-destructs on King Kai's planet and they don't have Bojack shouting something like "Yarr, I be free!" during the explosion.
Cortex should take a 12-step plan off a 10-step pierI, on the other hand, have the best feeling about the first Broly movie. I've been eagerly anticipating it for years.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. When they get around to it, I would guess. Like Garlic Jr., they did World's Strongest before Team Four Star was officially a thing. I assume that's why it's taken them so long to get to it, because even with the addition of their new characterizations and more skillful comedy writing, it's still just retreading material they've already abridged.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.It was good, but not as good as Lord Slug, in my opinion. That movie really was pretty much the funniest 22 minutes of animation I've ever seen. Giving Piccolo extra screentime and snarkiness really worked well. His entire entrance is freaking fantastic. Not to mention his "Neat" when the minion is trying to sneak up on him. Plus "don't you f***ing ignore me." And, of course, "WHAT."
Not that Goku's a slouch, either. "I AM CHAMPION CHRISTMAS" indeed.
