No, they were fine. Yeah, it hurt them, but as someone that's actually been shocked by an electric fence it's less "pain" and more "numbness" after a while. And i doubt they'll do anything that can be possibly lethal.
All the same yeah, it does need to stop.

I have also been tazed before.
I am also a scientist specializing in living things, and I am quite aware of the fact that electricity can make living things turn into non-living things.
Especially with, if you will allow me to be blunt, slightly overweight nerds who don't seem to get as much physical activity as might be advisable. Especially while drunk.
No, Lani doesn't have a heart condition yet. This is a great way to get one. Or find out he has one if he ever develops one.
Even ignoring all of that though, the fact that the chat in question seemingly doesn't care about the possibility? Is constantly baying for blood, and pain, and misery? It's immature at best, and monstrous at worst.

If you truly are so intelligent, O Doctor of Biology, then you would realize that, while you can kill someone with a taser, electrical shocks are generally only dangerous if both amperage and voltage are high. Tasers, if memory serves, have high voltage but low amperage meaning they deliver a small electric shock quickly which causes a brief jolt of electricity to quickly shoot through the target, causing brief pain and loss of muscle control.
You're making it out like every single hit from a Taser is absolutely lethal regardless of circumstances and that Lani and Kirran better be thanking God that they're still alive. Frankly, that's just absurd. What they did was dangerous, no doubt, but you're acting as if they were playing Russian Roulette.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! Then what did you say? After all, that is the impression your words are giving me.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yes, well, we've had disagreements before about the nature of impressions words may or may not give.
I suppose we'll have to add this to the list.
For the record, though, what I said is the same as what you said. This is a dangerous thing to be doing while intoxicated.
And I think it's stupid.
And I think it's repugnant that there have been people demanding it.
I would think my mentioning having been tased myself would have given the impression that I recognized that tasers are not automatically lethal or "like Russian Roulette". That was certainly my approximate intent.
Unless, of course, you believe my posts are from beyond the grave. Unless that's just wishful thinking on your part.
It's always interesting the impressions words give off.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems I've gotten the impression from you that the only possible reason I could believe something is a stupid risk to take is if the chances of lethality are near certain.
Tasers may not be automatically lethal but they are also not toys. They are not things you play with.

...I mean, heart issues aside, when they use defibrillators on people they have this sticky pad to take, like, chest hair off because the electricity and/or some moisture and dead, flammable organic matter like skin and hair can cause some burns.
Again, to be blunt, Lani is a hairy bastard.
...Additionally, there is still not a lot of research about the effects of repeated tasering.
And there have been incidents indicating links between tasering and death when the victim is already on some form of intoxicant. There is something of a dearth of definitive research, partly because the ethics of trying to kill people for science are a little dicey, but.
High blood alcohol levels, as well as binge drinking and other forms of substance abuse, can potentially lead to high blood pressure or arrhythmias. Depending on a person's lifestyle. Lani's lifestyle evidently leads to him being winded after playing Star Wars Kinect for fifteen minutes.
Lani getting tased while drunk on Tuesday for two weeks in a row is worrying.
It probably shouldn't happen a third time.

Even so, I apologize to ~Zelenal for any miscommunication I may have caused.
I also completely understood what unnoun meant.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.It is kind of cruel. I don't understand why people enjoy watching them suffer like that. Lani tazering himself was a little funny the first time, but...
Why would the chat keep wanting that to happen? That's actually horrible.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I apologize as well, unnoun. I've been rather grouchy as of late for reasons and it seems that made me miss something obvious.
That being said, Lani wasn't drunk the second time. Drunklestiltskin only happens every other week. During the Rocket Car thing, they were perfectly sober.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Specifically, he said that he has it for his wife.
However, according to the latest stream (which was glorious and delayed because Lani had to pick Erika up from the airport yesterday so he couldn't drink), it's gone now.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yeah, you know, I didn't actually watch any of the streams (I'm just here for DBZA), but I'm willing to bet they lied about getting rid of the taser just to shut the chat up.
Seriously, chat, for fuck's sake. The first time was kinda funny because nobody expected them to go through with it, but continuing to press them into doing incredibly stupid and painful things is just wrong.

Yeah, I haven't seen any of the "Taze Lani" gags but that doesn't sound particularly funny to me. It sounds horrific and dangerous.
I do not want Team Four Star to end abruptly because the chat coerced them into killing each other. I'm still recovering from Robin Williams and Jew Wario of Channel Awesome committing suicide, I do not need another tragedy in my funny peoples.
