Cell completely failing to impersonate 17 was great as well.
In the original, he seemed to actually be fooling her for a bit, but here.....
Cell's fascination with his lips, his reaction to Tien trying to stop him, and his reaction to Goku coming out of nowhere was great.
And of course, our three eyed hero really showed what he's made of. Fuck power levels has been something most of us have been saying for a while, but that was still great.
One Strip! One Strip! It would've meant something if the time he bought would've been the difference between, like, Perfect Cell showing up and killing everyone on the lookout or not. But it wasn't. Vegeta and Trunks was gonna leave the chamber in a few minutes anyway, they would've fought Cell, and Cell would've set up the Cell games anyways. So yeah, Tien's greatest moment was him nearly killing himself to do nothing at all.
#IceBearForPresidentIt's misleading because to call it pointless would be to assume that, in doing so, Tien's action had no input and thus accomplished nothing. This is untrue, as Tien did indeed accomplish something very important - the action, thus, had a point that was carried out: he succeeded. It is not his actions that failed, and the benefit of his actions were tangible: the dismissal of his successes by others does not, itself, diminish the effect his actions had at the time.
From a certain point of view - that is, the view that the only option that had a point was the one that ultimately won the day - it could be considered pointless. But in general it doesn't work, because it implies that Tien's actions didn't have a point - which, of course, they did - and that they didn't accomplish anything - which, again, they also did. It's a poor word to use that requires a lot of finagling to really work - hence, "technically accurate."

Not necessarily. He could very well die and be replaced before he gets around to destroying Earth.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!

My favorite line was "Oh, and Cell, you're going to die" just because of how out of character yet awesome it was for Abridged!Goku to say something like that completely serious.
