x5 Well, there was that one time when Lois was basically
Lex
Luthor
.
Bard-El sends Kakor-El to Earth to save something from Vegeta's destruction, turns out it was Freeziac(Freeza and Brainiac). Goku Kent travels around with Bulma Lang and Krillin Olsen. Goku Kent would then take the title of Super Saiyanman because his adopted father told him about the pod and Goku could read some of the writing to know what his people were called(just go with it). He would fight the Green Knight (Piccolo/Bat Man) before a Vegeta/Doomsday (no clue on the name) showed up to wreck shit.
...So that's where the "brilliant scientist" line comes from.
...I mean, Dragon Ball Minus sorta went with it a bit too.
EDIT: Oh my god I just found a fanfic where Nappa took Vegeta to Earth and enrolled him in high school to hide him from Frieza.
That is a brilliant story idea and I love it.

Ignoring the fact that the questioner incorrectly asserts his battle power as equal to a Saibaman, Raditz only needs to be strong enough to wipe out a planet to have value, and Saibamen can't become the mighty Oozaru, increasing his battle power to 15,000.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Oh boy, this is going to be fun...
Son Clark is obvious, I guess. As is Chi Chi Lane. But let's see...
Bulma is fused with John Henry Irons and becomes the Dragon DC version of Steel, who initially uses her gadgets and tech knowhow to lead Goku Kent on a Dragonball hunt, and then suits up as Steel for a while before Gokuman's enemies become just too strong to safely fight directly. This, of course, makes Trunks the half-Kryptonian equivalent of Natasha Irons.
◊
After spending years as Gokuman's best pal and occasional partner in battle despite being increasingly outmatched, Krilly Olsen nearly sacrificed his life against one of his comrade's worst enemies, and as he lay dying was chosen by a Green Lantern Ring to become the protector of Sector 1110, which more or less just means Earth. Still too unfocused to truly get a handle on his powers, he is a powerful ally but remains overshadowed by Gokuman.
After Tenshinhan's parents were killed by an anonymous martial artist, he was consumed by a lust for revenge. He submitted to the tutelage of the mysterious Crane Hermit, Ra's al Ghul, but ultimately rebelled when he realized his mentor's practices were corrupting him. Choosing the path of justice instead, he donned the mask of that which frightened him most and became... Batmonk! Chiaozu is, of course, Robin.
Eons ago, a powerful being from another world became stranded on Earth. Deciding to use his great power to help the people there, he excised the evil in his heart - splitting himself into the Spectre, who became God of Earth and trainer of heroes, and the monstrous Eclipso, who was sealed away - later returning under the name of the Demon King Piccolo. After being defeated by Gokuman, Piccolo/Eclipso reincarnated himself into a younger form, who turned good and eventually refused with the Spectre to recreate the original being.
Pilaf is Lex Luthor. Unfortunately, in this universe he's kind of a joke who more or less just accidentally makes things easier for other villains.
Coldseid, also known as Freeza, is the ruler of an ancient empire throughout the galaxy. He has designs of the Dragonballs, which would allow him to learn the Anti-Life equation and cement his rule for all time. This leads him into conflict with the Forever People of Namek, Piccolo's original people, who are led by Guru - the Allfather. And he gets a vendetta against Earth, because Gokuman can't keep his nose out of other people's business.
After Goku's earliest exploits as Gokuboy defeated the megalomaniacal organization was head scientist for, Professor Gero swore revenge, becoming one of Gokuman's most dangerous enemies. His greatest success was his line of AMAZO cyborgs, who could absorb and copy his enemies' abilities, eventually creating the treacherous #'s 17 and 18, who deserted and joined the good guys. Android 13 is Metallo why not.
Vegeta's a combo of Zod and Kalibak, except he eventually "switches sides" (and/or decides not to try and kill everyone any more). During the equivalent of the Buu Saga, instead of getting turned evil by Babidi's power he becomes a Red Lantern. Broly, of course, is Atrocitus.
That's all I got so far.

I don't think that was the point at all. Whether or not it's race-locked, it does still interact with the Super Saiyan forms by replacing them. So it can still be considered a branching path for Saiyans, because if it was on par with God and 4 it'd be a decision to make which route a Saiyan wanted to go.
I've also had the idea of a Saiyan being able to reach a similar state to Ultimate through natural means. And that's kind of happened with Goku now being reduced to base and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (which is described as being regular Super Saiyan, but changed due to Goku having absorbed the power of Super Saiyan God). So 2 and 3 have been eliminated, at least.
So...
Ultimate would be Melee, God would be Balanced, and 4 would be Ki?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I heard somewheres that they've handwaved Gohan going Super Saiyan in Revival of F by retconning it so that he still can use Super Saiyan on top of his Mystic power up, he just didn't need to before. Similar to Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan.
Of course, despite being a Mystic Super Saiyan, he still worfs pretty badly, so I dunno what the point was. I am getting the impression that they just have no idea what to do with Mystic Gohan.

Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Super unlikely. He no longer has the Ultimate traits, and nowhere is it said he can do something like that. GT is the one that implies he could be Super Saiyan on top of Ultimate, and he's still weaker than base Goku because GT.

I think it'd be more like: God is the strongest form but the most impractical (you'd have to tone down to "keeping the power anyway" part so that it can still only be used in bursts), Super Saiyan 4 is in the middle, and Ultimate is weakest but by far the most efficient. Or something.
Shrug. I still find it odd that Revival of F (which was written by Toriyama if I recall?) has Super Saiyan Gohan despite the Mystic form replacing the Super Saiyan forms, and there was no indication that it was a temporary power up.
Well, aside from the classic "Toriyama forgot".
But no, Goku and Vegeta are the only ones who can stand a chance, Gohan who?
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Re: Vegeta not wanting too go 4.
In my hypothetical, Vegeta would be the one to discover SS 4, after trying to find a way to match Goku's god form. I think it'd be fitting that Vegeta would be the one to get the form with the most overtly "Saiyany" traits.
I have a message from another time...Fuse Yamcha with G'nort. At least Guy Gardner is now the baddest Red Lantern ever.
My various fanfics.I know this is a little late, but yes, Man of Steel is totally the Saiyan Saga. Literally, when I was watching Superman fight Zod, I was saying "You're not worthy to handle the Saiyan elite!!"
And when Zod was going on about how his kind was bred for battle, I was just like "He's Vegeta. He's actually Vegeta."
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!So would you say that Man of Steel makes for a better Dragon Ball movie than Evolution?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!

...I don't know why I'm imagining Vegeta actually deciding to go with the "let's have a bunch of hybrid kids and take over the universe" plan.
I mean, there are plenty of Dragon Ball fanfics with more messed up plots involving Saiyans. But that specific idea. I dunno. Seems kinda obvious when you think about it.
...And it's sorta almost like a twisted version of what actually happened.
I'm not sure whether I should feel proud of fanfiction writers for not going for the obvious horrifying premise or not.
I somehow don't think going with the less-obvious horrifying premises is an improvement?
Why did they let Raditz live for as long as they did?
Frieza training montage.
